"including any extra-time in any match where an official result is declared."
the match went into extra time, yet you say it was a draw. It was not a draw, Brisbane won by 2 points.
The rule that you are quoting is for 'Tournament points' and 'Tournament tries' bets. These bets are on how many points / tries will be scored during the tournament.
Your bet on the other hand was on a 3 way Match Odds of a particular game. It is not subject to the rule you were quoting.
When you placed this bet you had 3 selections to chose from, Wigan, Brisbane or Draw.
You selected "Brisbane" but the winning selection was "Draw" and therefore your bet did not win.
Extra time is not included in a 3 way Match Odds bets as was indicated by the presence of the Draw selection.
If you're looking for a Match Odds bet that includes extra time, look for a bet called "Match Odds - Golden Point" where a draw is not an option.
As an example, take a look at this bet :
St Helens v South Sydney
You will see that there are two types of Match Odds bets, one that includes extra time ("Golden Point") and one that does not.
We understand you were confused by this and as a courtesy we refunded your bet while also adding a specific note to the rules.
where can I find that in the rules please? or did you change the rules now? as in you added an extra little tweak in the rules so this wont happen again because you failed to state it anywhere in your rules originally and prior to this?.
getting even more shady, I wont be referring directbet to anyone as I think what you are doing is scamming people. shame really as I was on there every single day..
Kudos to them for adding a note, but this is way beyond standard. On 3-way markets where the options are home/draw/away (called 1X2 betting) regulation time only is used on all sports by all betting sources. The outcome would be no different if you bet the same market anywhere else.
