Just made one losing bet, it took time to confirm but it got confirm since it was a losing bet.

Yesterday it turned out that the problem was because you did not pay the Bitcoin transaction fee and as a result your initial bet transfer was canceled. This had nothing with the outcome of your bets, they simply never arrived in our wallet because you did not pay the fees.

Hey.. I was making a few parlays some risky ones n some sure shot! N by mistake I sent money to the risky bet twice as I forgot to change the address! Directbet.. Please put a cashout option or cancel option so that e can rectify the mistake! The games hadn't started by then..n the odds were same as well..n I felt helpless as I couldn't do anything about it. Eventually I lost the bet.! Please put a cancel or cash out option! Thanks!

Meanwhile, if you place a bet by mistake, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to [email protected], and state in your e-mail which bet you want to cancel and which one you want to keep. If you send the request before the start of the game, there is a good chance we will get your e-mail on time and cancel the bet.
There is no guarantee that we receive your request on time and cancel the bet, but we will do our best and you have nothing to lose by submitting a request.
Also, if it's a single bet, you can in many cases place the opposite bet to offset the misplaced bet, then when you write to us request to cancel both bets.

You paid the second bet with BTC that is part of the first transaction. The first transaction will take a while to be confirmed by the miners, because they don't like tiny transactions without paying a fee. The second transaction can't be confirmed untill the first one is confirmed.
So the only problem here is you being cheap not to pay a fee. It has nothing to do with DB's wallet.

personaly for my arrogancy towards DB, but i still needing the community to teach me something.I didn't change anything when i send the bet deposit, just put the amount and hit send. Why haven't the network charged me the normal 0.0001 fee? Could someone clarify this to me?

Unfortunately when that is the case the bet is off, that is because we never received any wager for it.
While we accept and book bets with 0 confirmation, 1 confirmation is required for bets to pay off.
As to why your transfer was sent without fees, you may want to contact your wallet provider blockchain.info and ask them about that.

The minimum odds for bets is 1.01 decimal.
In this case the odds for the Santos Laguna Match Odds bet when they had 3-0 lead were lower than 1.01 and therefore it was not available for betting.

Your bets will be paid out as soon as there is 1 confirmation in the Bitcoin network for your initial bet transfers.
This is required to ensure that we actually receive your wager.
Currently there are 0 confirmations for your initial bet transfers because one of them was sent without fees and one of them is spending an unconfirmed input.
To avoid such delays in the future and have your bets pay out instantly you should not spend an unconfirmed transaction and pay the recommended transactional fee.
Right now all we can do is wait. It may take several hours. As soon as your initial bet transfer has 1 confirmation the bet will get paid out automatically.

Licensed operations (like Bet365) have their favorite & underdog odds tied together, so that when they lower odds on the underdog, the favorite's odds immediately change in line. DirectBet you can actually get fucked with an EXTREMELY bad line since they don't honor abide by this standard.
