The 20 minutes payout delay that you experienced is quite rare and despite the delay you received the payout while the event was still in progress

We don't combine several payouts into a single transaction because we don't want to hold out payouts.
Each payout is sent out independently as soon as it is technically possible.
Sometimes during rush hours it takes a few more minutes for payouts to be issued due to a technical limitation. The reason is because we have too many payouts to issue simultaneously for players playing with the Direct Dice and it's clogging up the wallet.
We understand you want it faster and will attempt to improve that in the coming days. Meanwhile, if your bet status says "Settlement in Progress", rest assured the payout is being issued.

I´m not sure if that is possible because they seem to be intertwined, but if Dice traffic would really pick up and increase
the situation will get worse.

The winnings already have tx fee(0.0001BTC) cut from the total.
We don't deduct fees for sport bets payouts.

don´t know but since a few days I always wait like 20-30 minutes even if my transaction has multiple confirmations.
The current bet was on 1st half of portuguese cup. The bet was instantly settled as won after halftime whistle.
(at this point there were already 2 confirmations)
However I got the payout now, after 7 minutes played in 2nd half.
That means I had to wait:
-15 minutes of haltime
-7 minutes of play
=22 minutes
That´s not instant and my transaction already had enough confirmations at halftime

See my above betslip, the payout I got know was 244,8 without a single satoshi being deducted as fee

I had made a parlay like half n hour back unfinished one.. n was still adding games to it...but when I tried to add a game after a 10 mins break...! the old parlay list that I made was gone!! It only showed the current bet when I clicked add to parlay! y is that?? I have to make the list all over again! 
Most likely that's because you got disconnected from our website. Since there are no accounts at DirectBet, your Toto ~ Parlay selections are stored per session and not permanently.
It's also possible although unlikely that the bets that you selected were removed since they were no longer available.
Yeah I got disconnected for a few seconds..!! Hmm...got it.!! thanks.!! will take care of it from now on.!
