We do have clients who use this feature to get their bets confirmed in situations where it wouldn't have been otherwise possible.

These bets only appear when betting is expected to resume, even for just a few seconds, and in the future we want to extend it to a betting exchange type of bet.

I agree with you that it can be improved. We thank you for your feedback and will look for ways to improve it in the future.

Have you tried placing such a negotiated only bet ? If so, did you not find it useful ?

Because it's misleading, as I mentioned before. When you list an event, you are implying that you will have odds for it (because you usually do). What good is it for the customer to place a negotiate bet, sit through an entire game, and not have it picked up?

Also, I noticed that one of the teams (Newcastle) would intermittently "drop off". What's going on behind the scenes that causes this? Your provider obviously has odds available, but something is causing them not to be shown on your site.

LOL @ "as of this writing this bet is no longer shown".......wanna know why? Because the event ended. I had that screen open for the entire game, and it alternated between both teems as 'negotiate' and then sometimes would go to only Worcester as 'negotiate'. It was available until 37 seconds left in the match. Congrats.

They do that in all sports. When it goes live it's almost always negotiate. It is misleading. There are other books with live soccer.

It's classic bait & switch, even though I'm sure DB intending for that to be the case. It's like a store advertising a product that they don't sell. But, they sell a hell of a lot of other products. The problem is that when we, the customer, bring it to their attention.....they do nothing.

If you mistakenly send a bet to an old bet address then if the result is already determined for the old bet, your bet will be rejected and refunded after 1 confirmation.

If however the other older bet is still open for betting, your bet will be processed normally. If it confirms it will stand. If you're not interested in the bet you can hedge it out for a minimal loss by betting on the opposite team \ selection.

HI, In live games I try to find a spot/time where I can get the best odds.. N while trying to bet quickly I might get the address wrong or send it to the address of the previously bet game.!! What would happen to the amount?? would that be refunded?

As soon as we receive your bet transfer, we immediately make a single inquiry to the current odds, and these odds are set as the confirmed odds for the bet. Most of the times, if you send out the bet immediately, the odds will be the same as they were by the time you ordered the bet, but in other times the odds might be higher or lower.

We gain no advantage here. The confirmed odds could just as well go higher in your favor.

If you believe the confirmed odds of your bet were wrong, please e-mail your bet ID to [email protected] and we will look into it. Thanks.

Man the problem is I sent a bet in and it confirms at 1.09 odds when the guy just got broken and the odds are really 1.22 but your odds didn't update in time. That's the problem with this site and flexible odds- I always feel like I get taken advantage of.
