When that happens, we fix it immediately and compensate the player who brings it to our attention.
As you may recall, one of your bets in the past was supposed to be "half win" due to the dead heat rule, but since the dead heat rule was not properly clarified on our website at the time, we awarded you with the full double payout. That was an extra 0.679 BTC in your pocket from DirectBet !
Once again, there was no problem with this particular bet as I have already explained to you in great details along with the necessary evidence.
DirectBet, it seems like I have run into the same bug again
I created the bet, and when I refreshed the page it said 'Betting is suspended for this selection or the event is over.' so I was expecting a refund. I refreshed about 20 seconds later later to see if the bet was in yet, and it still said there were no bets received and that betting was suspended. Then one of my bets lost, I decided to refresh the page (because this is exactly what happened last time) and.. it said that my bet was Confirmed. Then I refreshed again and it was graded as a loss.
Since you handled my issue so professionally and timely last time I am not upset or angry about it. I just want to let you know that the bug still exists in your system (apparently) and of course I ask for a refund of my bet.
