How long does the support usually take to respond? I made a mistake when betting - I was copy/pasting the TO address so that I could send my bet, and accidentally added it as the payment address on the next bet. I have all of my bet ids and I did add my email, so I have the receipt. The bets are on the England game tonight so I would really like to resolve the issue ASAP.
Although it's my own silly fault, perhaps a good feature you could have is checking the payment address against the addresses registered with directbet, that way you can make sure people don't make the same mistake.

Everything seems to be OK with your bets and the payout address that you entered appears to be correct on all of them.
Please note that you don't have to re-enter your payout address for every bet as it is filled out automatically based on your last bet.
