Hi Harib,
Thanks for your suggestion.
We reply to all the e-mails that we receive in a timely manner. It is possible that for some reasons we have not received your e-mail or that you have not received our reply.
Can you please send me your e-mail address in a private message so that I can look into why we were not able to communicate ? Please also include your bet IDs and I'll investigate what happened.
As for the problem, which wallet are you using ?
If you're sending from 3rd parties or unofficial wallets, your transfers may not be sent immediately. Your transfer may also get delayed if you did not include the required transactional fee.
For fastest instant Bitcoin delivery, we recommend that you use Bitcoin Core or its lighter version Multibit and pay the necessary Bitcoin transactional fee. These wallets can be downloaded from
here. If you prefer a web wallet we recommend BlockChain.Info
Finally, it is important to note that if by the time we receive your bet transfer the odds increase, your bet will be confirmed at the current increased odds, so it goes both ways, sometimes it will be in your favor and you will win more.
I look forward to hearing from you.

I didn't post clearly - I meant that the emails I've sent to my wallet demanding an explanation hadn't been answered.
I sent no emails to DirectBet - as I mentioned, none of this is the fault of DirectBet in any way.

Coinbase.
This has only happened to me twice using them, unfortunately both times when trying to make timely bets at DirectBet.
Finally got an email telling me that they got out of sync with the Blockchain, bla bla bla.

Normally they send immediately.
It's my understanding that they take care of the transactional fee.

Will look into these, thanks for the suggestion.
