The odds represent the total returns you get if the bet wins. In your case if your bet wins you'll win a total of 160 DOGE. So your actual profit is 150 DOGE as the 10 DOGE you sent is included back. You should be able to add more unless the bet has been removed - at the top of your betslip it'll say 'open for additional betting' or the likes.

I'd like to have the option to be able to see a complete betting history, if I enter in "Bet Status" either the wallet address I always use for DirectBet, or the email address I also always use for DirectBet. Not just the last few bets.

The problem here is that if we add such a feature, anyone who knows your e-mail address will be able to view all your betting history because there is no login / account at DirectBet, and this is something that some of our clients would not want.
What we suggest instead is to e-mail you the history of all bets associated with your e-mail address. You can request such a report by e-mailing [email protected]
Another option is to label all bets that you send to DirectBet in your Bitcoin wallet, or use a dedicated wallet for betting. Then you will have all the bet IDs (i.e. the addresses where you transferred the bets to) recorded in your Bitcoin wallet for future reference.
