As far as we are aware of our website has not been down.

Please make sure you use the correct address. There is another domain not belonging to us that appears in Google search which mistakenly links to our website and we had to block it yesterday.

Can you please try again and let me know if you are still unable to access our website ?

We've made the following improvement to the Negotiate Odds feature :

From now on, if you place a bet before the start of the event using the Negotiate Odds betting option, and your bet is not confirmed by the time the event starts, your bet will be canceled and refunded at the start of the event. It will not carry over into in-play betting. If instead you placed the bet while the event was in progress and the odds never reached your target, your bet will be canceled and refunded at the completion of the event.

You can send directly from the exchange, but if they do not process withdrawals automatically and immediately then it may not be suitable for time sensitive bets.

As for receiving the winnings back to your exchange account, I'm not sure how Bitstamp/Bitfinex operate so it's best that you ask them.

We will send your winnings to any Bitcoin address that you provide.

If there is a deposit address in the exchange that is dedicated to your account and to your account only then it should be fine.
