The future of any of these other Alt-coins are also dependent on their ability to be integrated and used in everyday transaction. they all face same challenges. So if any could surmount it, the future is bright.

I believe Bitcoin has a future in long term. It proved itself in the past years and it is getting widely popular. It just has a transaction fee problem atm.

What about the altcoins? Who does use them for real? Will people use them in the future for real purpose?

I only have a hope for ethereum and litecoin, but not for the rest. I am not even sure for eth and ltc.

If bitcoin solves the reansaction fee and time problem, I doubt eth and ltc even have a future.
That would be an opinion, but for me as the alt rolling day by day and have some response for updates one alt would have future.
We can't judge those alts for now because we're not the developer which can predict their alt if it will blow up or going down. But one thing that I have assure is that there's a possible thing that would surprise us.

Yes. Altcoins are like stocks. There is a high risk but also has a high reward. You should learn how to handle altcoins first because it will be a good investment in the next generations.

To see if some coins really have a future that we need to know in coins that are not only of small trading activity, we need to know their team, their goals with coins, and so on. My opinion is only a small part of trading activities, we can not say what will happen in it

Well, in my opinion, not all altcoins will have afuture.
But, simply saying only bitcoin will survive, I can not agree.
Currently, the altcoins have their own unique benefits and system, so people who affected with the benefits will keep using it.

Of course altcoins will have its bright future too. The market is too wide and broad so every coin that work on their projects well and effectively will have their own stake soon. Crypto currencies bring a lot in the table and this will be the future.

Here is a company I believe in and am keeping on my radar once they ICO.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.31823480

This will be the first arbitrage exchange that aims to bring the masses into crypto. The CTO has 40 years coding experience in the financial markets for exchanges. Whichever ICO brings in the masses effectively they will definitely have one of the strongest futures. But I agree ICO's must start solving bigger problems in the world like BitCoinage.

Yes, I agree with you that ethereum is an altcoin that has a future and has good potential. So many people are investing in ethereum, maybe now is the right time to buy ethereum because the price is now down.

for Bitcoin itself is the best coin for the future Cryptocurrency.dan for Altcoin is also good for the future. but not all Altcoin is capable of long-term. and I think that is quite capable of Ethereum, Ripple, and Litecoin.

I myself still doubt if continue to rely on altcoin in the future because the price is often experienced ups and downs lately It automatically make traders panic and sell assets including a powerful way to anticipate the occurrence of major losses later.I myself rely more on bitcoin in the future for profit.

The future of the altcoins depend on how well their project is working. There will be many altcoins that will die as much as there are also altcoins that will live through for a long time. There are already more than 1,000 altcoins. You will expect that there will be a fierce competition among the altcoins. The growth of the world in terms of technology is very fast. Only the good ones and the useful ones will remain. The ones that are proven not really usable in the real world will eventually change or die.

Obviously they have good future.. Not all altcons have good future.. Some altcoins have a really bright future ahead as because of they have a great development team.. All are depends on project management and development team, If projects that implement road maps and if teams  work hard will continue their lives in market otherwise it will disappear.

I think eventually we’ll see cryptocurrency replace our current papers, so we can anticipate a good future for alt coins. Projects like Storm are really doing well, Paragon on the other hand is only accepting PRG coin at their co-working spaces.

This means they can create their demand, that’ll ultimately shape their value upwards.

Some say stick to one coin but seriously BTC is slow!

If it can solve the problem of transactions and transaction fee, I would be really happy to sell all my Alts and buy BTC with the money I get.

Opposing this are the one’s which give everything a Holder wants. TAU is a promising project offering 10k transactions/sec, Transaction fee eliminated. KMD is also doing that.

Some ALTS are worth investigating and I’m sure the above mentioned projects will catch your eye.

you can look at the development of altcoin now such as ETH, XRP or IOTA. why can you doubt about their future? There are more and more countries and goverments accept crypto and use them for their economy. there is no doubt that crypto have a good future.

Every coin I think has good potential if its dev gives meaning to investor. So too with alcoin, I think there is a lot of future for it. But depending on a certain coin, of course there are those who do not have the same forefront. It is due to the absence of the organizer company and does not attract investors.
