It might be right but I would say it holds true for people of any age. People shouldn't generalize all the teen-ager who gamble. There are many who are quite sensible and know when to spend what. There are some adults who just go on betting without even thinking. So yeah gambling is addictive and should be done sensibly not emotionally.

But mostly did not right? That's why there's an age restriction rules.
To prevent something bad like that happened , otherwise this world could turn crazy with its freedom.
The decision about that rules has been through a deep and carefully study.
Under age of 18 not recommended / not allowed to gamble for various reasons , get used to it and obey on it.

I think there are a lot of people gambling under the legal age. I believe that it's going to be hard to control that access online gambling sites just because when using bitcoin as the currency, there are no verifications needed.

i think if we can be honest, in gambling online with hundreds of member, i am sure that there is more than 5% gambler that is under the age of 18. because of gambling online is no need any sending of document or personal identification, they are free to join and playing gambling without restriction and if they have win, then they are really luck in that games.

I think people under 18 years of age playing gambling not only account for more than 5%, certainly much higher because young people are exposed to computers very early and their parents do not control them, in addition, as you say want to gamble online, we do not need any personal information, that will make gambling easier than ever. And I heard that most gambling addicts said they gambled when under the age of 18, this is an alarming number, gambling can destroy the future of many young people, so the government of the countries should take measures to limit people under 18 to gamble online

Yes many people under 18 they are gambling but some are gambling for fun like the rich people they go to a casino and their children are also gambling and they are also gambling for entertainment and there are many kind of gambling some are doing by one way some are doing by another way its depend upon the person on which he can entertain.

Under 18 people mostly do it online since it’s safer and can hide personal information if needed. But if you’re in England and is 16 years you can legit join lotto and play scratch cards. But there are illegal gambling dens that allow under 18 to gamble as long as they have money, mostly dangerous and can land you in serous trouble. And kids also gamble, they just don’t know it yet. Kids these days are very tech savvy and mostly use technology to play games. The games they play maybe innocent but most of these are simulated gambling games, they just don’t know it and continue us playing.
