LOL! Poverty is not a reason out for letting their kids to gamble because if they are responsible parents they will work harder to have something to feed for their children. Its sadden me when seeing some kids being used by their parents for working or even in gambling. I guess local governments are not even monitoring this type of cases.

That is what parents should do. With the things that you've mentioned, I think it is illegal, probably they are playing along the streets or they found a hide out that they could do that. Parents are aware that it is wrong, only that what their children could win in gambling are part of their bread and butter. In short they have no choice. The worst scenario with that this children might end up using drugs, drinking alcohol, pick a fight on the street, or worst, starts to be trained as thief.

Most kids online are always looking for fun and yeh gambling for them is really exciting and more thrill for them, and the graph of the kids who gambling is really increase some of website or gambling website don't have restricted or don't have the policy that you need to become 18 years above before you play.

They are irresponsible parents if they will allow their kids to be involved in any gambling activity. And kids should not really be in gambling because those people who are able to sustain their gambling addiction are the ones who can gamble without restriction because they have their own source. But for a kid, when it becomes addicted where he will get his source?

it does not matter if there are children under 18 years old to gamble to gamble, but I guess it really will affect his future, even be very harmful if they had been craving to gamble when they were under 18 years old. There's no specific age for a person to be eligible to gamble but we can recommend on the range, they should not be less than 18 or 21 I guess. What's important is just to be matured enough to understand what is the basic principle in gambling and when a certain gambler understands the hardest part which is losing, then maybe we can consider him as matured enough to start gambling.

I don't see any problems coming to anyone who would gamble under the age of 18 because if they have sources like bitcoins, no one would ask for KYC information due to which even minors can gamble. In other types of sites where KYC is needed, I don't think they would let underaged to gamble.

If a man is under 18years old and he has a job or anything else that give him some money for his work, I don't see why he cannot bet. If he is enough old to work, he is enough old to have his own choice and in that case he should can spend money as he wants to

The only reason I see why they put age restriction is just to protect themselves that they ate not offering services to minor even though they know that its a balant lie and that minor even patronise them. The only reason why that will work is if below 18 does not have access to phones or internet aside that nothing can be done. I'm not 18 but I'm sure below 18 would be gambling.

but they gambling not at casino place because in my country not much casino place
they play poker QQ and other card games but use real money

Well, I didn't gamble when my age under 18 but I had seen my brother and his friends gamble physically few years ago, consider it as juvenile delinquency and want to try earn extra money. Actually, I've never seen kids/teenager did online gambling before as it more difficult to found as they could do it at home and secretly from their families.
However, parents should be control their childs and give an advice to stay away from gambling.
