I think that in most cases people who participate in the Bounty do not participate in investments. Although there are often exceptions.

Yeah most bounty hunters are able to detect good ICO's and join, but not all of them. Some always fall as a victim to scam project and projects which turn out to be unsuccessful. The issue is for good ICO's, you the investor should do some research on these bounty project before stepping into it.
