hello there! yeah i think so too, if bounty hunters verified or confirmed that the certain project is legitimate or genuine. they too invest on that project they are in. but i am not saying every bounty hunter are on it, but i know some. and if ever i have the means to invest, i say why not. they double their reward by being a bounty hunter and an investor.

not every time the bounty hunters become ico investors, there are times when they just become bounty hunters. they will do both when they find ico which is pretty good and they also believe it. keep in mind, not all ico is really good. among them there is the ico scam standing.

In my perception YES, bounty hunter are can be considered as investors, they invest their time knowledge and trust for the success of the project. We, bounty hunters are doing are best for the good of the ICO (project), if there is no advertisers like us, the project will not be known by the public.

Often bounty token loses its value after being listed and if the hunter doesn't have time to sell tokens for good price he becomes an ICO investor.
You are absolutely right, everything comes with a price, so is bounty hunting with different projects they are able to predict the future of many successful project and take advantage of them to invest in.
