I don´t see why not. When you choose your bounty you actually research the project, since, in a way, you are buying into it with your user.

No its not, although there are some ico that bounty participants is more than on its investors count. It is not so important, because an ICO need to reavh a certain amount to be considered as successful. For the bounty and being an investor yes like me i am not saying that i am good at looking into an ico but i can distinguish what's good and highly-qualified ico before looking into some ico ratings.
