This is true and most of the time bounty hunter can be an ICO investors too. This is purely depend on the experience of the bounty hunter and the nature of the ICO project. Most of the bounty hunters have to evaluate the project before doing the bounty tasks and therefore they do have pre judgement knowledge of the investing part of the project. So this is a extra advantage for them.
I think many invest in promising projects, at the moment they are few, but they are. We have to do a qualitative analysis of projects and identify worthy)
