yes i am sure we have a fair amount of girl using bitcoin not as much as men i doubt but still a fair few. bitcoin really need women to get more involved

Why not? I am the example. I also try to introduce Bitcoin to my colleagues who work with me, it will take some time to come more females to use Bitcoin wisely.

But you didn't told if your colleagues (if I know good the English this word does not mean for sure females or I'm wrong) are females and which were the results of your work with them.

Why would anyone want girls to use Bitcoin? I don't trust anything that bleeds for seven days and doesn't die.
Bitcoin can be used by anyone, regardless of what gender. I don't see any reason why girls can't or will not use bitcoin. I can even see this as an advantage to them because they can easily see where the bitcoin was sent if they are monitoring the bitcoin they give to their hubbys.
