Yes, of course girls and women use bitcoins.

I met a women on a betting site who use bitcoins and currently into bitcoins from more than an year.

And cam sites are also good source for them to earn bitcoins.

Why not? What make a girl to not be interested to bitcoin. This smell something like racism. I don't believe that the intelligence of a girl (women) is less sharp that this of one man. For example my wife know very well bitcoin (from me) and even is ready to use it (if necessary).
