Now I realize you may be from an English speaking country and thus due to the obesity epidemic may have a distorted view, but the truth of the matter is that carrying around so much fat has statistically been shown to severly increase health risks. Cleaning up your/her diet and engaging in a sustained workout program including both strength and endurance training will work wonders. Good luck
