It depend on the kind of altcoins you are holding and the kind of strategy that you have. If you bought your altcoins and plans to hold it til their prices go up then continue to hold it because not all days the market is down, there also time for recovery and price surges so just wait for it. If your coins comes from the bounty campaigns that you are participated, then it is up to you if you sell that coins once it listed in the exchange.

In my way of thinking, expecting a huge rising from bitcoin is not logical for a near future. I think it is a really low possibility to see its price above $15k in the following months of 2018. If you have time, I think the best choice is holding your alts.
