No, I wouldnt sell your alts if i was you, i'd just accumulate more bitcoin and ethereum.
ETH will always be necessary for several things. Look at ETH as the gateway into new projects.
If you've got extra eth laying around i would absolutely look into some awesome ICOs like these.

Today is a bad time for selling coins, because the market has fallen dramatically. I think that we must wait for strong growth in order to sell coins with a big profit.
today the time is not for sale, but vice versa for the purchase. We should analyze not only the current but also the last couple of years, in the course of which we must draw conclusions that the current state of affairs in the crypto-currency market gives very good chances for buying cheap coins. In the future, these investments will give a very good profit, If you compare the current situation with last year's price of coins.

Right now, Bitcoin is the one that is aggressive. The rest of the cryptocurrency world is a bit sluggish. Even Ethereum is not moving well, just like many of the top solid coins. However, I will remain supportive of coin diversity in our portfolios. A scenario such as right now is not the first time but the usual movement is not like this. So I guess it is still wiser and safer to diversify rather than focus on a single coin alone.

Selling and buying completely depends on you, the only option we have after investing is to sell them when the price of Bitcoin increases. At the same time, all other altcoin prices will also increase, until then we have to wait for the Bitcoin growth, otherwise, we cannot make any profits on our investments.

As I understand it, this topic was created when the price of bitcoin was at its peak, and everyone was waiting for bitcoin to go up again. However, this was not followed, the course collapsed. And only now in July, bitcoin begins the formation of an upward trend how did we expect this
and can you imagine what the people who invested in Bitcoin at the end of 2017 are expecting? To date, their investment is completely covered in blood. Despite today's + 3, 5% growth, Bitcoin is still at the bottom compared to last year's level.

All have got confused. Nobody knows what to do. It seems that the bitcoin will be the most profitable investment. The bitcoin has a huge future and it is good to manage to jump into this train.

I would not sell coins to buy BTC.  Yes, the price for BTC will grow this year, but it seems to me the price will not grow to $ 20,000.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.
I was asking myself what to do when cryptocurrency goes down and found out that the most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

They are on exchanges right now, you can check their website: https://ethermeta.com/
Or even better go through their Bitcointalk thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/future-of-privacy-ethereum-meta-foundation-of-anonymous-e-marketplace-2659058

I think you should understand why bought that coins in the first place. How possible profit if it has a future in crypto market. Trust in your instincts before selling or holding your altcoins because in the end there is no one else to be blame if you make a wrong decision. But make sure to do your own research before jumping into a decision because it is not easy to lose money oit of wrong decision.

It is our wish whether to sell or buy because when the price of Bitcoin is increasing automatically the price of altcoins will starts increasing. it is simple philosophy but for everything that we have to do is holding the coins for some time is always good until Bitcoin start increasing their prices.

I probably would have better invested in BTC.  Because usually if the price of BTC falls, the price falls on other coins.

BTC is a more reliable coin for investment, but sometimes the price of altcoins grows much faster than the price of BTC.  I think it's worth selling only a part of the coins and buying BTC.

I think it depends on what your situation is? If your alts is bought with spare cash, then just hold till bull market coming.Sell it if you need money now,due to you do not exactly know when this market would recover.

Good day,
Do you think that BTC is going to reach 20k soon?
If yes do I need to sell all alts and wait for rising BTC?
What to do now ? I am confused!!!!

I am not very good at this, but I think you should also keep watch of every altcoins you have. If you decide to sell an altcoin be sure to have a profit from every trade, not selling them all compulsively just because you want them converted to bitcoin.

I think, Bitcoin will experience a price increase, therefore, it's better now that you sell your altcoin and buy Bitcoin.
Bitcoin has great potential to rise and I think the price could reach $ 20k.
Bitcoin is a very strong coin and is currently the most expensive coin in the Cryptocurrency market.

According to me, if you currently hold a good altcoin and potentially then you should stick to your altcoin.
If Bitcoin rises then Altcoin price will also rise so you do not have to worry about losing if holding altcoin.
You must be good at reading Cryptocurrency market strategy and do it carefully do not make quick decisions without thinking long.
