There are enough times to have the profit-making in the crypto market also newcomers get the best opportunity even in this peak market. In the current market scenario, only Bitcoin and some of the best project-based cryptos have already entered the super bull but still, some other coins like the XRP, Datum, XEM, Stellar, Tron, etc have the best opportunity to invest in.
in my opinion the most important thing for cryptocurrency is exchange, because if Entry does not have an exchange then investors do not know about the project, so it will be difficult to find investors to invest in Entry and 2 years is a very long time for Entry not to be listed on an exchange, even though you say if the project has progress and the team is still active, but if Entry is not listed on exchange then of course Entry is the same as dead coin (has no price), so I advise you not to expect too much with Entry, because as long as Entry is not listed on exchange, then of course Entry will never have a price, unless in the future Entry is already listed on exchange and has volume, then the possibility of Entry price can increase and give you profit can occur.
Well, thousand upon thousands of bounty hunters, investors, and traders have asked the question and many, very many of us knows that not all can profit handsomely in all their endeavors in crypto. Some can earn thousands in seconds, most earn hundreds in a few months, and the majority might earn few after weeks and weeks of working in crypto. We all know the feeling that your efforts are sometimes not paid right. But we need to move forward.
You probably know the project more than us here since you have invested in it back in 2018, and it's been years already. I personally think that it's up to your perspective towards the project since you know it better if you will still have hopes of getting a profit or not. But based on my judgment, there is a higher possibility that you won't get any profit on that project. If the team is still active, then you can probably ask and contact them about their plans for this project.
Is it just me who fail to understand that they can be bought that entry token but doesn't have any price and volume at all? Even if they only list it on their own exchange as you have said, there are many problems or issues I possibly see in the future.
Will this entry project be profitable and be successfull if their exchanges will not be successfully be introduced well and compete with the other crypto exchanges?

i'm not really sure about that project but if it's 2 years already and they doesn't have volume nor listed on any exchange (other than their exchange) i really think you should just not hope for that kind of project instead invest on coins like bitcoin and ethereum. may i ask if you invest on that project or you just participated on their bounty campaign?

It is hard to see if your investment in Entry can increase, but it could happen in the future if the project can give benefits to people. But for ethereum, I am sure ethereum will give you the profit, and you already got it. The ethereum price was already increased, and you can sell some ethereum you have if you want. But it is better to hold for more until the price increase more than the price now. Well, you can ask that thing to the team, and if they are still working for the project, they will answer about every phase that the project needs to reach.

I don't think so it will rise until and unless they list on other exchanges. They keep their coin on their own exchange and volume is also not there So getting profit from this coin is almost nil. As you are holding it for long and its not a small period if this coin has potential it must perform to date. Its better to focus on Ethereum. Entry team is active to keep their image good If they are serious about their project they must list it on other exchanges to date.

For me, it's a highly risky game if a token is listed ONLY on a single exchange that is theirs. I try as much as I can to stay away from it except it's an exchange token (an exchange token has the potential to rise once the exchange becomes reputable). Other than that, I avoid investing in it. I have had my own fair share of exchanges manipulating listed tokens I hodl (from bounties) on their platforms. Sometimes, the exchanges lock the tokens up at their own decisions without recourse to what investors/hunters say or want until the dev teams dump and exit. So, be careful how you rely on that exchange. If you've your way, you may want to consider selling and taking profit before it collapses on you. 
Maybe you need to wait for more to know if the teams will announce the update for the project or not. If the team still active and work for the project, I think they will update the status of the project, so the participants and the investor can know the progress. But I do not know that project, so I can not give more info. I hope you can ask this to the teams, so you can get more information about why the project does not get listed on the exchanges.

Most projects with personal exchanges always perform worse because the exchange will lack good volume and liquidity, ironX and relictum pro did the same thing and it doesn't make any sense to me, why can't they list on other third-party exchanges?

They are afraid that the value of the token will go down because of listing in other exchanges. I've seen numerous tokens like this and I also have one token that I'm holding right now which is almost the same as Entry and I just forget about it instead of that token stressing me out and thinking when it will be listed on other exchanges.
Wrong decision that you go all in into a coin which doesn't have any value until this time. You probably posted this because of disappointment and regret so take this as a learning and adjust to it. Know what are your limitations and invest an amount that your ok when the worst happens just like this.
Yes yo do and still have chance to get profit, I think many worth ICO right now just you must be faster when joining ICO project because I see many ICO limited participants right now. More than 100% higher up when listing on exchange but now ICO just take few days for selling their coin, maybe to make effective ICO price they will limited coin for selling to investor and I think is very good just we need fast way to can buy this ICO coin kinds.
Listing on a decent exchange is not as hard and difficult as it use to be, since 2018 till now they never thought of listing on any small exchange so their investors will be able to trade is wrong in my opinion, what development have they really achieved so far that will prevent them from entry an exchange in the main time, I see it as a deliberate attempt,

How do you think it's still running? Their Twitter is dead, their Ann is dead, the last comment from their team was about asking 'help' to get listed on some exchange and that too in 2018, it has turned to scam mate.
If it's only in their exchange and not on open market, then it's time to move on and forget the project I have been involved in a lot of projects where you can only exchange the coin or token is on unpopular exchange with no volume to speak, you will literally wait forever just for that volume not worth waiting consider that project dead.
