If you look at the current token price and the movement of tokens in each market I think there is still a chance to make a profit, although not too much. Besides that, if we can play dialy at the right time to open the price I think there will be a lot of benefits we will get.
Where is the team still active? I don't even see any news on telegram, even on social media it looks dead.

That it looks dead already since the day it was started. A year of waiting is long enough to expect that a project will for good but this was in 2 years but still there is no new thing to hear from the team. Not only it is a form of centralization but this a form of scam, the team is greedy gets the money of all investors for a hopeless response for a very long time. They don't need to for them to work hard and list their project to other exchanges as it was not their plan either, and they don't have a plan to make their investors cashout their money.
I have a bunch of similar tokens that are still not dead but can't exchange it to some value. I just forget about them the most time and check back every 6 months whether they have been listed anywhere with a volume. I don't keep a high hope on them but checking them would be a good idea as you never know it might go through a pump by some manipulating groups.

I invested in Entry ICO (2018) and until now the project from Entry is still running and the team is still actively responding, but Entry can only be sold and bought at Entry exchange (don't have any other exchange besides their own exchange), while at Entry exchange doesn't have volume yet and Entry still doesn't have a price, so is there still a chance for me to get profit from Entry? because the team is still active and the project is still running.
I hope Entry can indeed give me profit in the future, because I just only haven't sold Entry from all of my investment in ICO, so for now I only invest in Ethereum and Entry (although Entry doesn't have a price yet), because I have sold all my coin to buy Ethereum.
Two years is such a long time to get a profit, we can consider a project a big scam if there is no further development for several months and there is no update and their is no community to speak of, I have not read about this project and we can consider this project as one of the projects that's worth forgetting like all the other thousands of scam projects that die a natural death.

A few years is not a short time and you may know that. The only chance for you will be profitable or not from your entry project depends on the team. The team itself that can bring the token to the centralized exchange site that will increase the liquidity too.
You may see that if the team did nothing and you will never be profitable or you have been scammed by them all. There's no reason to keep it.
In another case, you are not able to dump it too.

Accept your loss. Your money is lost. Failed ico, or a scam.
But you can still make profits . Buy bitcoin and hold for 5 years. Can you?
Cryptocurrency is a long term investment. I suggest that you keep at least 50% bitcoin, if possible even 100% bitcoin is a good choice. I don't like altcoins very much
As others have said, it seems to be that this is already dead and a waste of time to wait for them. Don't get high hopes, even if it is listed on exchange, I doubt that they are going after top tier like Binance or Coinbase. Plus they are relatively unknown so even listing in an exchange is not a sure formula that it will survived and give you profits, unless it's been used to pump and dump their tokens.

You see no progress? Then that’s already a dead project or the team left that project already since the ICO. If they failed to at least have a good trading volume, then it will be hard to get profit on that. There’s a lot of project like this before, and until now they didn’t update that much so its so hard to tell if there’s still a chance to get profit from this.
It's been a long time and then they are not yet listing it on any exchange? I think that's fully centralization for the project if they only want to list it on their own exchange. Can't help with that but I should say that the chance for you to profit by having it is very low, dramatically low.

There are other coins or projects using same lame strategy, listing their own tokens on their personal crappy exchange that have no volume and liquidity, they have no plan to list on other exchanges probably because they don't have the fund for that.. I'd think twice if I am in your shoes right now
Don't know much about the project particularly but based on the things you said they aren't a complete scam but it doesn't mean it can be successful. Even a 100% legit project can become an utter failure if it is not actually a convincing idea.If I was in your situation then I won't have any hope on that token anymore just will look for other coins to add into my portfolio.
The first things you should know when doing investing used the money you can afford to lose, IMO waiting for more than 2-3 years already pretty long and when the coins without any volume at all for a long time that coins/token already dead from my perspective. Sometimes, when some project got money and the price token not really increase at all they keep continuing to develop the product.
