I support your comment. Greed is the reason for a great loss. And it is also the reason behind creation of shit coins. Without greed, the cryptocurrency terrain would grow beyond prediction.

Let that be true. The question that comes naturally is why do we all get greedy? And the answer is in our DNA, in our genes because evolution makes individuals into survivors and those who don't won't survive. This goes to show that if you won't be some one else will and reap the benefits too.

The greed is in our blood, its our nature instinct to survive longer, but we also got brain that can allowed us to stop being greedy, I think 20% is already a big profit, if you are investing in alt coin, its really rare that you can make 20% in short term, I think 5% is a more suitable profit to get, of course everyone want to make more profit but setting the profit too high can cause you earn nothing

to say that don't be greedy but it's actually very hard to control yourself from greediness are very few people that can control themself and avoid their loss. Most of people will get greedy by trading in crypto because it's very volatile and it can make anyone millionaire in very short time....

In my opinion, the best time to sell is when the market price of the coin is 20%+ higher than the market price at which you bought the coin. Dont wait till the market price is 95%+ before you sell. That only happens when you got your eyes glues to your machine 24/7. Dont be greedy... Make a little profit and grow it over time. Cryptomarket is growing and full of terror! Be careful
That is main problem of people, be greedy. When you see your coins get pumped, you will feel that it will go higher  Grin not gonna blame for that because it is nature of human.  And when price drop again, you will end with wait it again.

Well for me I use the maximizing profit strategy. It takes me way way beyond the traditional set your target point method. It's better than the latter since it can be as flexible as possible and really would "maximized" the gains.

Right.Learn to control one's greed because if not,it will only lead you to a great loss.Do not think of such exaggerations, contentment is also needed if you want to take profit even if its not that huge.

I guess that this is the thing all traders must KNOW! I am a victim of greediness of myself of course and I personally thinks that this is not healthy. So, don't be greedy.

If a greedy person act as greed, it can be proven at trading site during price fluctuations. Somehow those attitude doesn't have the chance to grow more mature of themselves, because they're just thinking for their own welfare without even knowing the negative outcome after dumping an asset which cause downfall of a crypto value trading.

I don't agree that all early dumpers has that attitude of being greedy, not in general impressions mate. There's a situation that these people sold their asset, because of emergency needs and they can't think the other aspects due to a certain circumstances which really carried out their worst decisions.

You are right byt this opinion of yours comes out the buy low and sell high order. To a fact that it is nothing wrong with you are saying waiting is the most best option of all times it is just that people sometimes are greedy so results they make mistakes and moves out empty handed, just because this people got out with no money.

Leasson: one must should really know that big idea that patients is needed and the same time a big knowledge in this situation. Knowing is great, learning from your mistakes to make better one is good and better.

20% + are the expectations of traders who deal with day trading. Those who adhere to the strategy for long-term retention of coins are waiting for 100% or more.

Well your opinion is plausible but I beg to differ with you a little. Without patience, one can only make some few dollars from this market. Take for instance, if one had invested in a project like Ethereum and sold when it hit +20% profit and later realised it actually went up to +130,000% in profit, what will be his stand? The golden rule I use are:

1. Never buy a coin without a product
2. Never join pump and dump so as not to get burnt
3. Never jump into the market when there is a sudden spike in price
4. Never buy a coin you don't believe in.

With these rule, I buy and hold certain percentage for a long time and sell some for the short term and it has been working just fine.
Your strategy makes sense. I think that with this approach you can earn. But compliance with these rules also carries some limitations, and restrictions entail a loss of profit. These rules are more suitable for medium and long term trading. If the goal is short term trading, then the situation is slightly different.
I think that if a trader is experienced enough, his main rule is to buy as cheaply as possible and sell as expensive as possible. There is always a lot of opportunities for earning money on the market. You need to buy coins if they can bring you a profit. That is, even if the coin doesn't have a product, but at the moment it is possible to buy and sell it with profit, then you need to do it. And participation in pamps is generally a great opportunity to earn money quickly. The main thing is always to choose coins. It is not always important to believe in a coin. It is important that the coin brought profit.

Everything starts with strategy choices: short-term, medium-term or long term.
If you choose long-term strategy the 20% gain is to small for example Bitcoin in the bull market usually goes 300% or more. But I am agree with you if you choose medium-term strategy and you want to be a careful investor. Then 20% gain is pretty safe choose.

Sure. Totally agree with you. Greedy makes you lose all time. Because all time you can’t make profit, but if you so greedy then there is a good chance for lose all your money in a day or overnight. Believe me or not. Sometimes you need to be avoiding trading sometimes you need to pick up the correct time for trade. But if you so greedy then even you must try for trade though market is very bear. Volatility and bad condition of the market isn’t matter when you are greedy. You just want money. If you make lose 2$ then sure your profit demand increases 4$. That’s simple.

if there is already a profit from the purchase, why don't we sell why we have to wait a long time to get the price really high, there is a profit of 20% of the purchase I think the strategy is pretty good, selling and buying again and continue like that, I think it will work

I agree that taking small profit is good specially when your day trading, I don't have strategy really but I'm not selling at loss that's how I dispose my holdings. I don't influence myself much at daily price actions instead I'm more focus on project development and speculating. When I got involved in this space I learned a lot, which I had sold my holdings when price was great now I know what to do next time.
