People just like to complain and not be wrong. They will use every excuse they can to not be wrong. We are all guilty of it if we are honest to ourselves. The best thing to do is admit you made a mistake and learn from it as best you can. Try to learn from others peoples mistakes or look up some ideas online to see how others have gone wrong trying the same thing and them arm yourself with that knowledge of knowing what you need to do in order to fail and then don't do those things. Try new things others have not yet tried. Never invent the wheel twice so to speak.
I agree, most of the things we are facing now has really been as a result of our action, and individual actions is what piled up to become what we have today. I tell you something that there is no scammer or bad project without us, we are the told that they use for their evil deed which we surrendered ours elf to them, we need to look deep into ourselves and see how we have contributed to the bad state off the market, and how we have caused ourselves and others to loose money through our actions. There is something that I leaned from my grandfather before he passed on, he said that I should never blame my misfortune on people, but should always be responsible for my action, and that is the only way that I can really advance in life when I learn from my mistakes.
