I'm still mostly spending coins like normal and buying and selling as I have in the recent months- the decline in price was pretty dramatic recently, but nothing I can't take- I started holding in 2015 after all, when prices were nearly stagnant for two years. There are many things you can do in this market, including buying in at this price and holding coins you had earlier to dollar cost average, or simply hold and do nothing. It's up to you to make a decision in the end, as there is no perfect way to trade.
I can see you have developed a strong muscle. A lot of us need to get to that level of discipline if we want to really make it in this world. Ppl compare crypto to the internet. And the more you think about it, the more it makes sense. I remember i had my first email in 2003. It was Yahoo back then. I was one of the first ones in my school to have an email.
I had my first iPhone in 2008, before it was even available for sell or use in my country.
