Well, any kind of business related activities needs promotions and social media is the most effective way to do the advertising and promotions. We doesnt need to be worried about the current situation, we're just experiencing a huge dip which is normal to any cryptos that usually happens during the first quarter of the year. I guarantee we'll be back on track in the middle of this year.
In my own perspective, advertising alone cannot make a person interested in cryptos, they need proof, let the fruit of your work and effort advertise and promote Bitcoin.

Yes, because social media has a very high volume of users that can read ads and other information inside their walls and feeds. So if bitcoin tries to enter their campaigns, promotions and other kind of advertisements then social media is the key to it.
