As mentioned by the others it is a one way to minimize the risks. Investing in one coin would have a 50% chance of losing your investment. It would be also risky to invest in one coin because the market's behavior is fluctuating.

In any market, diversifying your holdings is the best way to minimize risk. Even if you diversify your portfolio, I wouldn't recommend investing in all the money.
Diversifying helps investors to cut off potential 100% loss by spreading money into several projects. In my opinion, this tool is useless for people with smaller amount of money if u`r just experimenting with ur extra holdings, but if u take investing serious, diversifying is a must.
We must always diversify and invest in different markets. This will reduce the risk of loss and in the worst case, you will not lose as much as you could
Being into diversify our coins to hold for because as we can see that not that just 1 coin only has a posibility to increase or decrease even more, atleast we have a option on how many coin. If the other will dump dont worry because other coin will pump. And if all of those coin will go to its ath, you will have a huge profit mate

Of course, you need to diversify, because if you have only one coin, you are very much at risk of losing a significant portion of your money, usually the gain will also be great.But now almost everything is falling, and hoping for strong growth is very risky

Diversify is the main rule in any investment, especially crypto investment where very high level of risk. Crypto unexpectable thing, sometimes tokens price can drop and you can lost everything. But if you diversify your portfolio, you will safe the part of money.

Will its a good idea bro,to diversify our holding crypto coins so that we can earn more any kinds of altcoins in the exchange trading,actually thats my idea in doing trading investment,to find those having a potential coins to grow in the market,definetly its good idea also in diversify to buy in a low price new crypto coins and sell high,when times would pump in the market.
We need to diversify to secure our investment. If you invest all your money in one coin and it dump, you will lose all your investmwnt. Unlike with diversifying, if one coin crashed, you still have hope on other coin that might goes up and cover up your losses with the dumped coin.

Diversification is a mandatory rule for an investor in any assets and is especially relevant for a crypto currency. But I don't recommend to buy a lot of different coins. 3-5 coins based on different blockchain will be enough.

In actual it is not possible for us to identify whether the particular coin will go for big up or just going to stable or going for big dump , but here still we have experience to predict whether at what averge the price can go down or up , so we can't go with single particular coin for Investment .So for a better stable trade we need to have work with multiple altcoins with better potential instead to go with single coin .
It is just a chance of luck for us that we can make profit in bulk amount just by the single coin Investment i.e just a big chance of luck only.

Diversification is necessary in cryptocurrency to avoid big losses. If you only have one coin, you will miss the opportunity for the other altcoins that gives better profit over the other coins. If you have more than 1 coin it will balance the losses in case on is down and the other coin is going up.
Investing in one coin is too risky. The altcoins market is too volatile, any news or information can greatly affect the growth. It is better to divide your portfolio into several promising coins.
