During my life, I have come across a lot of people who have converted to a religion, which is different than the religion in to which they were born. I have seen individuals converting to Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, and even atheism. But what makes the converts to Islam unique is the fact that these guys suddenly become violent and get ready to blow up as suicide bombers.

That's indeed true, if your religion teaches you that non muslims are infidels and that it's the duty of pious muslims to kill the infidels and you follow it it both the person and it's religions that's bad because there are other muslims who don't go around killing just because the Quran says that they should.

I heard many people saying we should not criticize Muslims (the people), but to criticize only Islam (the ideology). But can an ideology have any effects upon the physical world without the people who practice it? Guns do not kill people. People kill people.
