I participated in the first IEOs on this exchange and failed. I have lost more than 50% of the money invested in IEO. Since then, I decided to no longer participate in the IEO on this exchange. They are deceivers and because of them I lost my money.
I think that success depends on the liquidity that is presented on the Exchange. Bitrex has lost a huge share of its liquidity in recent years.

Bittrex is highly reputable trading exchange, so I am trusting it's capability to do the IEO successfully. However we didn't knew what the situation really is in the so let's always keep an eye on their team on how they'll able to manage the new system.

Bittrex not good exchange for me, i have participate 7 month before but now i leave here. Because there was no good volume, not super fast support chain, and kyc processing super slowly lol. Personally me, avoid and now i have choice like binance at this time for IEO market.

People are looking for another exchange for them to participate and if we keep supporting Binance over the other exchange, that might be bad for the entire community because as what you observed, it is looking like a hype or a pump and dump scheme, you can see some coins that pump during listing but after the hype, the coin value is slowly going down.

Thank you for sharing your personal experience, if we know their IEO is not profitable, there is no reason for us to invest, unless we are not a in a hurry to see profits and we believe that the team behind the project will be able to bring long term success of the project.
If we look for fast return, there is no other exchange that can do that, expect Binance.

Bittrex is a pretty good exchange.

Practically every one of the tasks that completed an IEO on this trade were all around exorbitant for financial specialists because of the way that the coins fell in cost following the posting. I don't confide in this trade in issues of leading IEO.

for bittrex it ok, but for the IEO or the project that has been announce to IEO on that exchange is 50/50.. not all project that has IEO on top exchanges is 100% success or genuine project, maybe they are just using the exchange to gain investors 
More reason why many are misleading themselves in the world of cryptocurrency and when it come to IEO. For a company to start IEO even in Binance doesn't guarantee the success of the project, even the exchange mentioned on OP is new to me and I can't really comment on that, but for them having IEOs in their exchange might change people view about them but never relying on IEO on any other exchange.
