from the beginning I never liked the IEO, even in bittrex, I had used a bittrex exchanger, but it wasn't good for me, and when the IEO failed,
in my opinion avoid IEO on less good or not famous exchanger. at least 3 of these exchangers are enough, like Kucoin, Binance or Huobi, besides that you try to think 5 to 10 times if you join the IEO there.

For the first bittrex IEO, I think the beginning will be a real boom when entering the market prices fall under the IEO price, I think the IEO is not good. I trust the IEO binance.
Yes, I do believe Bittrex as an exchange credible enough, but this does not mean every IEO on the exchange is going to be succesful, a safety precaution is to do personal background check on any project before investing in it.
I am lucky that I wasn't able to buy any IEO from Bittrex. I were sold few coins on lose in order to buy IEO but unfortunately I wasn't able to buy. But after listed on exchange I have noticed that IEO token price has been dumped hardly. So for that reason I haven't attempted anymore to buy any IEO token. And yes, eventually I can say I do not trust any IEO lately and I will not attempt to buy it. I will invest on existing coin if I have enough fund instead of invest on IEO.

Most IEO projects at Bittrex are shit and there is only one project that benefits investors. I think the IEO at this exchange should not be trusted and will definitely never use this exchange in the near future. I'm using Bittrex as a exchange and I've had no problems so far. But unfortunately Bittrex IEOs, due to Ocean, has bad reputaion. However, I think the success of an IEO depends more on the project. So when Bittrex organizes the IEO of a project with potential, I can join that IEO.
It is always good you do proper research and analysis before investing in IEOs. Don't just invest in a project because it hosting an ieo in bittrex.

people are expecting too much from ieo even though they know that ieo is not a guarantee to give 5x immediately, investment suppose to require certain amount of time before maturity, don't expect bittrex exchange to perform miracle to inflate price artificially, only market can decide the worth of any, if you expect a pump and you don't get it, don't get disappointed.
Bittrex is not a great exchange, because at this moment they cannot compete with Binance, Huobi or Kucoin. I would stay away from IEOs that are launched on Bittrex, because none of them gave profit till now.
Without a doubt the main fault here your and not exchange. The exchange only provides a popularization service but does not guarantee anything. Here you need to analyze the project and take into account the availability of the product.
I have to disagree. The exchange will have a bad reputation and stigma attached to it if they keep pulling IEO like this. 
I don't believe in IEO on Bittrex. Maybe this was some time profitable game but as ICOs they are now misused. I remember couple years ago they began on YoBit and they were kind of gambling there. One moment prize after IEO simply sharply decreases but exchange and IEO makers got nice funds. But of cause all it depends on the circumstances.
I believe in the IEO, if it's held a big exchange like Bittrex. I'm sure Bittrex will not carelessly do the IEO, they will definitely carry out very strict verification. so this is what makes me believe a little. I'm also one of the users there, and as long as I use the exchange I'm not having a problem, maybe this is also my consideration
