I don't believe. If you follow news closely, and read from multiple media sources, then you can separate the wheat from the chaff.

I believe in the news, but not ALL of the news. Obviously, the news are just created by people, which is prone to have mistakes or misleading facts that would turn away the truth. So, just be selective and don't believe in everything; if you think that a news is legitimate, then take it.

Nope! It's all biased & "yellow journalism" these days. NPR is the closest thing to unbiased I've found though.

I believe some of the news that I saw on television but not all of it. Because some media practitioners, though they are good, if they are working in a media station where it is controlled by politicians, they cannot deliver the whole truth of the news story because some of the station will filter the information first before they will allow the reporters to deliver it. And sometimes, they are really bias especially when the politician is a person who can pay much.

The basis of what they are reporting on is generally true, but they definitely set up situations or report with a leftist slant.

i did believe some of the news channel before when i read them but when i do research more about the true source of a news, i have seen a very manipulative institutions behind them. so, i have been trying to read from differents sources, then i have been trying to filter them by their rationality and accuracy rate. still, i cannot trust all of them 100 percent. trying to look at the events from different point of view would gain you a more healthy perspective to evaluate them properly.

I believe the news and I also believe in the editorial independence of a select few media organisations. Most news items are factual and evidential. However, there are so many propaganda in the news but with adequate media literacy it's easy to spot propaganda and fake news

Don't really watch the news, same stuff everyday really. All the really interesting and important stuff aren't covered. Journalism is dead anyway.

Not if it comes from mainstream media, not just selective but they're all bias and propaganda as well benefiting the paying parties, good thing social media were created at least we can filter the news and look for the most credible one.

Watching what the media, there are more or less independent, but some are sold, but some were originally created for propaganda. In general, in our day, and I would not trust the media.

Yes, I believe the news, believe the news. That is the factor for me to analyze, evaluate the situation. If there is no new information, I will not know where to get the information

I think that media is not independent at all.
I think that it depends on money! Who pays alot - has more power.

It is obvious that some media that are sponsored by the state bend the line in the interest of the government. in any news there is an exaggeration, rephrasing, somwhere the author's fantasies, what kind of news are written in order to switch attention from the main events .. although journalism should be objective. where is it, objectivity?

I can not believe in everything they said on news, there are many things that the government dont want us to know so they control the news. Moreover, corruption can make the press give false informations to the people, so i always search informations from many places ,not just on the news.

I don't which country you come from, but every news, i briefly said, every news are made by owner of that media's subjectivity. So we have to wise to know whether that news are true or biased. The scary thing is, media have power to make public opinion. If many people believe on some fake news, that false opinion become 'true'.
