Everyone's got their agenda, from the glitziest news titan to psychos blogging from RVs. They're all shit and unless you were there for what they were talking about then I've no interest in what they have to say.

One 'unbiased' news outlet I used to occasionally peruse slowly became so infested with anti semitism that it became totally worthless. I find it amusing that people quote places like Zero Hedge thinking they're somehow stepping out of media zombieland when they're no different from anywhere else.
Well some news are not true. But thier are news that is true to. Well it depends on people what do they believe.

Media, news are the most powerful instruments of propaganda. There is even a psychological disease related with bad news impact. No words that the most strong news are shown during prime time Angry

Or do you think media is independent ?
Its been a while since i stopped watching news on t.v and stopped reading newspapers. Same old articles and news, all about violence and crime and ever since our new President took the office only negative news about him can be read and watch. Well you dont have to guess from what country do i live in.

Or do you think media is independent ?
Yes, they are independent. But sometimes when local politicians interfer with their power they may sometimes be one sided and sometimes  bias in their reporting or news but certainly not all, somehow the real news will get on their way to the public.

Independent media existed in the past, but nowadays it is quite hard to find. Here in India, the media is essentially divided in to two camps. In the right-wing camp, we have media outlets such as Republic, Times Now, and Zee News. On the left-wing camp we have NDTV, Tehelka, CNN-IBN.etc. There is nothing in between.

of course yes, because you will notice all things that happen in your society, but sometimes news is bandwagon for what they say and sharing to others just to build a news.

I do watch the news a lot and I believe in it. The part I usually notify and doubt a little is how they exaggerate things and add some other false issues to the news in a form of branding and making the news interesting

I think that most of them are true when we talking about neutral news. Everything associated with countries and wars all over the world probably bullshit.

Most influential media houses are controlled by the government.
The media is the fourth estate of the realm and cannot be wished
away as they have the power to sway the minds of the populace
with constructive or destructive information.Governments indeed control and mind
what comes out of media broadcasts as not to incite violence or restiveness.
This may not be far from the reason to censorship, policies, laws and lot more
in a bid to control news broadcast.

Not all the news we heard and see on  tv or in newpaper or in other media are really true because some of them are fake, some of them are bias, some of them tell half truth, some lies, some are politcally motivated or manipulated you have to be really careful and know the fact so that we will not be confused or get deceive.
