Yes I can, the best way to control your gambling is to think that gambling as entertainment. I always write what are the daily activities, I always adhere to a regular life, gambling I wrote on Saturday and Sunday for 2 hours.

I know it's hard to control when winning, once we start winning we think that we're unstoppable lol we'll keep on gambling hoping to keep winning. the only way to deal with is limiting your bankroll/ profit/loss threshold or play for fun with spare money.

That is situational mate, if you are good in gambling you have the privilege to consider gambling as your job and take your income from it to live your daily life, professional gamblers are doing that and they live a very comfortable life in gambling and you are gifted if you ever rich that level of success. Indeed. And i think self control is the most important thing that a gambler should have all the time. Having self control would highlight what your priorities are and where gambling sitsbin your life. The back to back win or back to back loss both is a dangerous thing in gambling. In this situation, only people lost their control, and in both situation, if you do not control yourself you will lose money. So don't get exit when you win your bets and don't get tension when you are in loss. Try to Handle your pressure then only you can control yourself in gambling. If you do not handle pressure then don't play gambling.

Luckily, that after few weeks of being in the gambling site, I overcome that kind of feeling. It's really hard to accept defeats when we are not expecting it to happen in the middle and when we are expecting that we are going to win.
