You say that «gambling gives joy only in the end and if you win», but some people like the process in general. For example when something from my electronic devices get broken, I feel excitement and joy trying to fix it myself, when I can call master that will fix it quicker.

I personally like that moment of gambling, when you dont know the result and wait for it. Sort of a small mystery or secret for tiny money.

Maybe it is something new to people that are not in gambling or they just gamble a few times in their lives that they can say there is only joy in gambling after winning and then there's pain when losing. Exactly, that's good advice that all gamblers should do if they really want to be safe and avoid various bad possibilities such as losing significant amounts of money, because as you said that the majority of gamblers lose larger amounts of money because they are difficult to control themselves, especially when experiencing a losing situation which ultimately makes them take various actions that will lead them to a much worse situation, And yes that's right, the only effective solution is to make peace with yourself from the beginning, namely by assuming that we will lose money at the end of the session along with emphasizing to ourselves that losing is a part that can never be separated in gambling.
