I wish gamblers can control themselves if they gained some profits already but most of them cannot. After they win consecutive times, they will become greedier and this is the main reason the outcome of every gambler is always a lose. When I gamble, I will gamble small amount only if I gained some profits already so I can leave with more money. I can control myself now compare to the last years that I'm gambling.

With addiction as a side effect of gambling, I do wish to know what exactly the success rate of your gambling is. How many times have you not found yourself facing simply losses and that you still pin hope on success?

Yes, it is difficult to get success in gambling and big luck will not happen for the second time, but if they are aware of it then after getting a big victory they can leave gambling and make the best use of the profits, or they continue gambling with relaxed by playing low but with consistent profits, it is very difficult. But in reality we cannot do that, after we have gotten a big victory, greed will arise in us which makes us continue to gamble and finally only the losses we get.

I think it's less than one month because sometimes I feel I need to stay away from gambling because I need to use the money for another thing. I glad that right now when I play gambling, I can decide when I need to stop the game and leave the place without any problem because I have the other things to do and I don't play the game too long. I wish that I can keep this for a long time so I can save more money for my future and I hope that I can spend small money in the gambling game.

The only way to stop is to not get into it in the first place, and if you already got into it - then SELF EXCLUDE yourself.

It's just hard to be rich in gambling, that's the reality, by saying hard, it means 1/100 chance, and those who got rich are the smart gamblers who are willing to take the big risk just to reach their goal. Most of us wants to to make big money but are afraid to take big risk.

Yes there's a possibility that one can be rich in gambling and the chances and probability? there's odd that I've read that for every 50 million, there's only one that can hit the jackpot.

If you can create your own brand as a casino then that can be your life time success and you can say that you became rich in gambling but not as a gambler but as a businessman/investor.

For me there is a possibility to be rich in gambling but it will happen in one time winning and do not play again anymore because no one will be successful in the long run in gambling even it base on the luck but still no one can beat the house.

I've actually had quite some decent success in gambling. But that's probably because I stick to betting on sports that I know absolutely every detail about, and playing PVP games rather than playing against the house. I really wouldn't matter if I became addicted to gambling because I rarely lose, so I would only end up being an extremely rich gambling addict. I guess having an addiction is only a problem when it starts to negative impact your life, like being addicted to dieting or working out.

That is how gambling works. They will make you win but after that it will be a series of losses. If you gamble, it looks like they are handling your emotions. I don't see any gambler that became successful with gambling as his/her main source of income. Success in gambling is very hard but I'm not saying its impossible. I only say "its very hard".

But for some people, it is hard to quit gambling when they can get a big winning of money. They can get another passion for winning in the next round which is not guaranteed for them to win. Once we can win big money, it is time for us to get that money and leave the places because we don't have another luck in the next round. It is better for us to save that money and quit the games without thinking about the possibility of the next winning in the next round.

Play the games to enjoy and get entertained.

Gambling allows you to think that you will win every time in spite of the losses that you incur. You feel that success is just missed by a margin as thin as a hair. Every time you lose, you do feel that success was almost there and you could have had it almost certainly. And since it was almost a success story just missed by a very thin margin, you do not mind going in for another try only to miss again by a thinner margin! One success and you are happy. But does it stop? No. You feel that your efforts have now borne fruit and here onward you will surely win every time you take a shot in that game. But what happens? You lose again by a margin thinner than the previous time.

In this way we are lured every time for that success almost at hand, which we saw but could not get hold of. And we try time and again because it is so near. The truth is that you will find you end up losing everything in the hope of laying your hands on that success. Only the extremely self-controlled man will stop himself from further gambling the moment he tastes success.

True, many times one success can compensate for all the losses incurred. But what we miss is that that success itself is extremely rare. It is not a bad thing to have hope. But hope serves when we work hard towards success not otherwise.

I'm not saying that there is no success in gambling but being successful in it is almost impossible to happen especially for those newbies who doesn't know how gambling works. Maybe some gamblers became successful in gambling but I didn't heard any stories of them probably because they don't want to be publicize. What I know and experienced is always lost lost lost and I know most of us who gambled experienced this too. I don't see any success in gambling. I'd rather build my own business than gambling.

Its very hard because you only use luck as to the main aspect of generating win in gambling, and not everyone has luck. and will you depend on luck to be successful? of course not right? so don't ever have a goal to be successful in gambling, because it will only ruin your life #imo
