Sometimes you feel your life is too boring, bland and stressful. Me too, sometimes find his life too bland, much stress. I solved it by lying in bed and sleeping all day. But just temporarily, I went to search google search methods to solve it thoroughly, and still no method to help me. Have you ever been through this period? How do you solve it? Sometimes i feel so bored in my life but it is only for a matter of time when i have to think about problems in my life. But life is so beautiful that it can be boring , there are many things to do in life to live it to its fullest. Whenever i am with my family and with my kids i feel life so happy and contended , because of them i feel life so wonderful to live .

Everytime I get bored I will force myself to get outside and meet up with friends. I love my work and I love my life.
I guess everyone feels like that from time to time. But it's important to remember the people around you and take more time for them and you'll see everything is just fine.

when i have this kind of feeling i will put down everything on hand and plan a trip for myself
I always do something interesting. I run and play sports. I hang out with my family and friends. I do something useful.
at first u have to know what really bothered u all the time, then try to find a solution to solve it, then u will step out from ur shade
I think my life is boring but i can make it one or two days a week to not be boring
I don't know if I'd say it's boring, but it's certainly not exciting. My life revolves around working two jobs and shuttling around kids to after school activities when I'm not working.
My life is interesting. Of course sometimes my life can be routine, but if every day is interesting and fun, then we won’t enjoy life.

No, it is not. Way back 2012-2016, my life is too boring. House-school routine is really exhausting. I hate doing nothing new. But when my wife came into my life, I became more excited every single day. She is the only one I want to be with from morning until night.
This is true. I think it is inevitable. Life just can't be interesting every day.
I really don't. When you have a job you love, studying, learn languages, read books you love, watch films you like, surround yourself with interesting smart people, etc., your life just can't be boring.
