Unfortunately, that's what people do. Some people even avoid gambling for a while but the moment they have a financial difficulties, doubling the money is always their first solution. I have seen students in many occasions used their school fees to bets and loss everything in the process and I have also seen some win and when you ask them why take such kind of risk, they tell you it's because they don't have money at hand and everything left will be zero after they pay the school fees.

Go to higher institutions, places like my Alumni, the Student union government has to plead with the school management not to close the school portal and give sometime for the students that are yet to pay their money to pay up because many of them didn't eat the money but habe foolishly stake the money to bets and they loss everything in the process.

There are even people that use money they are supposed to used to travel out been used for gam, this is to show you that people are really weird and will do anything more than gambling to double their money if there is actually a way for them to do that kind of stuffs.

Everyone on earth wants to make more money, even the rich people, and gambling has been most of the quick sources the rich people use to make more money for themselves. It would be poor reasoning if I should see a rich person gambling and classify him as someone who doesn't have what is sufficient for himself. It is like the person you are arguing with doesn't know that money is never enough for some people even when you find them rich.

I believe the rich and the poor all need money for reasons best known to them like expanding their businesses, paying bills, taking care of their families, etc. Gambling seems to be the easiest way for them to try their luck for that.

I don't think people gamble for fun; I think they gamble for money because even if you have money, some people don't like anything like investing to double their money; they see it as a waste of time; they will just stake game to win huge money; I know one person who likes gambling; he uses 100$ to stake 35 games to win 2.5 million; and I don't think that will happen because he used to play game every weekend and used to lose and he doesn't want to change to another plan, because he is used to it and believes he will most likely win before he stops and I don't think that will happen if he plays like that, people who win games in gambling stake 3 to 5odd and put huge money and win big money but using small money and winning big will be very difficult for everyone except you are lucky.

Many people gamble due to a lack of funds to care for themselves or for other reasons, and other people take it as a job because if jobs are scarce in a country, many adolescents play bets to make some money and support themselves.

For fun. I don't know about others but I gambled to relieved me of stress. People gamble because of a lot of reasons but most of the time the main goal is money. While many of us might think it should only be played as a gaining tons of money but I don't. If you observe closely you will see less developed countries gamble the most and have the most gamblers even thought they can't effort. Not only they can't effort is they are also addicted to it. The only thing they want is money money and money.

The wrong mindset about gambling can easily land gamblers in big trouble. One should not think that gambling is the best place to double one's money without the risk of losing it all, but this mindset exists among some gamblers regardless of their skill in a game.

Gambling is just a game and should be treated like a game. Winnings are just a bonus even though every gambler is obliged to pay for the games they play. I won't deny what you said but the description you give is not the case for everyone. I have seen some addicted gamblers from financially well families who do not indulge in any illegal activities even when they run out of money. If they can't manage money then they are busy collecting money for that time. But gambling can become a big problem for those gamblers who do not have sufficient ুfinancial support in the family and become addicted. Because they can do various misdeeds to collect money. I myself have known of cases where crimes were committed due to collecting of gambling money.

No matter on what are your aims and goals or perception towards gambling whether should be for fun or for money, there would really be definitely comes a time that you would really be that desperate
