You are right that gambling was originally created for fun was a competition. Over time people have made gambling an art form and over time it has become a way to earn extra money which is considered one of the ways to lose money. Real gamblers consider gambling a means of entertainment and participate in it for fun with limited money should not be addictive.

Addicted people are those who are used to gambling only for earning money and aspire to become much richer through it. To become rich you have to work hard and be able to meet the daily needs of the family. You should gamble for fun from a part of the money that is left after all the expenses of the week. If you are lucky you can win which can earn extra money.

I can say you are only lucky to have won that amount but you should also keep in mind that winning doesn't come at all times, because some people may carve out specific amount to gamble but luck is not on their side where they would have that winning as you said. When peoples mind is to win money there is always difficulties to just be neutral and though it's not easy as that because when gambling one could be triggered for money purpose, and of course without money the gambling energy could be low because they aren't benefiting anything from it but as finance is involved it pushes them to higher to at least create that energy to keep gambling and even if there are no enough resources you would see them trying to source resources to continue gambling because they are expected of winning at last.

You ask if you always win? Of course not... can winning be consistent? Of course not... Gambling is difficult to balance so don't count on winning here.

Gamblers that are gambling to make money are not entertaining themself. When they lose, they try harder to make sure that they do not lose the next games they bet. Gambling isn't a source of income, remember that it was designed to take from you...every win is just out of luck but some gamblers get too confident thinking they can always be in Profit... Of course we gamble to earn money from gambling, although not everytime. Actually some few days ago I think I have experience winning in gambling but not too big sha, but I'm pretty good with the little I'm getting this period in gambling. Because is always good to see gambling as an entertainment or having fun, and also gamble what you can afford to lose so that even if you don't win you can be able control yourself without getting more addicted.
