If only I had 1 Bitcoin, I would do many things with it, including multiplying it by investing in a miner. Then I would own 2 Bitcoins but as of now, is going to take me a long time to ever reach 1 BTC.  Smiley

Yea, have a few BTC. Around $5,000 right now invested in Bitcoin.

Thats cool, but you should expand you investments, sitting in bitcoin is just too little, and slow reward.

If you were to try out a few established altcoins, with proper risk management of course, then you could multiply it easily.

Hahaha, so you're suggest this guy not devote all his investments in Bitcoin, and instead invest more in altcoins?!?! Because altcoins have so much additional (and completely unrelated) relevance than Bitcoin? There's no need for the alternative cryptocurrency when the original is doing well. If you want to diversify buy some pork bellies or shares of a reputable bitcoin HYIP!
There are few popular altcoins, so it means there are some people still trusting and invest in altcoin. Each people have their own way to get bitcoin, and if some people say investing in altcoin is their way, so why we become complained Smiley

Currently have 0.2btc but will convert it in a fiat one of these days. Really need to cashout it because of personal reason. Because of this the road for 1 bitcoin will takes too long again to achieve.

I have the same amount right now...and a few months ago I cashed out .2BTC for personal reasons as well!  No need to worry about the future, you can come back around & maybe even end up with more btc than before Smiley

I have more than 0.50 Bitcoin. With some dedication and hard work there are many opportunities to make some Bitcoins on this forum, trading on the exchanges etc

I have 2 Smiley

my friend has 115 BTC but he wants to sell them now. I told him he is crazy Smiley told him to wait 3 years and retire.

ps. surprised that majority doesn't even have 0.5 btc......try to get at least 5 otherwise you will not benefit even when btc goes mainstream.

I am on my way to 1 bitcoin, but retiring with 115BTC my brain doesn't accept this fact. Depends on how much your friend bought the bitcoin but it is not the time to sell.

in 3-5 years if you hodl i'm pretty sure you will be very wealthy. not now yet though

Being wealthy with 1 Bitcoin in 3-5 years is very unlikely imo. Of course no one of us can predict what will happen in the future but in that short period of time such a rise would mean crazy bubbles which won't last long.
So I would prefer to see a steady solid rise and advice everyone who believes in that tech and IN BITCOIN to accumulate as much as someone can afford. Keep in mind the risk we are all taking.

Even if the price of bitcoin will become 1,000$
there won't be a huge difference or profit, because it is only a single bitcoin 700-800$ profit per 3 years? i am just saying 1000 but it can be much more lower. If you think to hold then go with 3 decimals XXX and up.

we do not know when it will happen
my chooice is sell bitcoin if you think you get profit and buy back if you think the price is low

1BTC is enough if you can trade it to get 100$ profit (only with more luck)

I am talking in quantity, if you have only few bitcoins then don't except a huge profit, but getting 100$ in a month is perfect.
