I think we do not have to call it as business because it is not a legal way to make money on paypal but it is only a fraud and scam tactics to grab some free money from paypal account or from people who do not know that what the trick these people are doing with them.

Yeait is so risky business so I dont reccoment this business s it is better for everybody just to stay away from offer like this and try to find another way to make money online which isnt so risky.

I have doubt that this method will work but as paypal is a bigger company and they have the documents of users so they will file a case against those who will do this type of scam and then you will be punished for this act by the law.

Oh I knowed that it is something suspicious but woow this is so good desinged washing money strategy or what it is but I dont like that kind of job better report that user if he do that.

Here's the scheme :

You receive $1500 from Account A, you send $1200 to Account B (same user), Account A chargeback/used a stolen credit card.
gg you now have a -$1200 paypal balance

then you don't have to transfer it for monthly, you can do it for weekly but in small until middle amount and i think paypal will not suspicious about your activity. but i am not sure about this opportunity, maybe OP needs to explain a little bit so we can know what exactly OP want and people will not thinking that this is a scam.

Just my 5c. Transfer of $10,000/mo is a red flag for all banks who works with USD. PayPal is also a bank and use same investigation technique.   

No CHARGEBACK, NO SCAM.

OP will tell you so many things about payments/withdraw process ETC but none of all mentioned will gonna happen because it's all about HACKING YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

One thing that i have learned "Everything that sounds good to be true is not true at all!" ...And "Quick wealth is not a blessing in the end - Proverbs 20:21" ..OP strategy is not new for me at all for a lot of them in this site (http://www.altenen.com/) owned by prince who only scam people and i was one of the victim back then but i forgive him/them already for vengeance belongs to the Lord.

So get away from that site and warn your friends about that scam site.

HOW this OP going to hack your paypal?

I will make it straight to the point...after done with long/short conversation with OP, he will now tell you like this...

"ok in order to start/begin we need to set-up a payment button in your PP account - now OP will ask you to install teamviewer or any related program/app" that they can manipulate/hack/install virus to hack your account. SIMPLE as that..

Once they are done hacking your account, then all i can say is sorry they already hack your account and get the money if you have any on that account.

Now tell me OP if i am wrong??? You guys will not learn and won't stop your wrong doings until JUDGEMENT will come upon you like a thief but it's not too late to repent. Otherwise keep this in mind "JUDGEMENT will come upon you like a thief"

Get a job and work! STOP doing things that burns your soul to hell.
