I was checking today's races, and saw again it's racing day at Lingfield, again class 5 and 6 so your average horse that can run either way from making their life best to the total flops, and just seeing that those races are on todaymakes my morale sank to the lowest.
Lingfield is my money pit, I've tried every single possible strategy, going by trainer, by jockey by stable, favorites under 6/4, everything that has worked with other racecourses fails me here no matter what, I arrived at a point where if there is a race there for the day because of superstition I won't bet on any other racecourse either.
So, has anyone been experiencing something similar, like never betting on a tennis player, never betting if his team is playing against San Antonio Spurs or Villarreal, or avoiding completely a league like the Belgian Pro League because overall you always lose on those matches?
Which one is your cursed team when it comes to gambling?
It appears that Lingfield has now become your very own "money pit" to you, whereby no option seems to work, frustrating you and "cursing". Generally, gamblers have specific groups, locations, or privileges wherein they lose all the time, therefore leading them to superstition or avoidance. If a particular racetrack or team produces multiple losses, it may be worth taking a break from betting on these events or rethinking your strategy altogether. Knowing all these possibilities helps to manage your expectations and develop your strategy of betting.
