When I was a kid, I remember my friends make the two spider fight then, they will put a bet for those spiders, but they do it just for fun. but, long time ago until now I never saw again a spider fight.
I haven't seen any spider fight and i don't find any site where spider fight betting is available. I think that other animal fight is more common than spider fight.
It is not an internet thing I guess.
You see, in my younger years, children at my age go to mountainsides, mountain ridges and even the riversides just to caught themselves good spider they can use to fight. We don't bet money on it, the adult ones do. It sometimes took minutes since there are times that the spider ran from the end of the stick to the other end. Cockfight might be more popular for the adult that is but when you are a child that grew in our country, that is the first gambling fight you could know.
I'm only familiar with cock fighting but spider fight, I don't encounter any in our place. Is their such thing as spider fight? are we talking about like tarantula or what?

I still remember the days where spider fight is the mainstream betting we had in our town. Since my grandfather has an arena, he always hosts the fight. From what I have learnt, this is more of a fun game than money and I can only imagine the good times players had at that time. It’s quite unfortunate that it has been illegalized like you said nut thank God for better online games and I am sure you wouldn’t miss that so much. I hope to watch a video clips of this spider bet and see exactly how it’s been played since I have never been privileged to watch it but I have heard that its an interesting game.

Hmmm, I don't think there is a gambling site related to this. Because usually this spider fight exists in the real world. If not wrong, this animal fight has been carried out in each area. It could be other animals too. If in my country, I don't do this anymore. Maybe some are still there but it's hard to find.

Here in my place, the most common type of animal fight to bet is cock fight. Other types of animal fights occur on a rare number of occasions and are usually not for betting. I myself never see spider fight as a professional gambling tool.

No its not like a lottery . Lottery is also different from a football ora tennis because they are sports type and sports type gambling are more easier to predict than the random ones like lottery . Spider fights on the other hand is simmilar to sports type gambling because you can predict if what spider will win based on his appearance and movements .

In the country which is not used spider fight as the gambling game, it is not funny because they are familiar with the games and they are interested in playing. But in the other countries, maybe that sounds funny and cannot accept because they think that gambling is used for sports, card, or lottery and that is not usual in that country. I think in the other country, there will be other gambling games which are too popular in our country.
One thing I have learnt from this is we just learn to appreciate other peoples games, tradition and culture, while reading and learning about spider game I got to realize that its one of the most interesting games ever and I am truly optimistic about playing this game someday.

No and I would never intend to. It's not like they have a big tournament for it. It's just for fun but those adults want to earn profit so they start betting on it. It's also difficult to watch those tiny insect fights so I won't get into a crowd just to watch that.

Here in our countr, betting is one of the common forms in gambling and that include spider fight.betting. Spiders could be easily spotted at night in the mountain areas where they will going to make their spider web to catch its prey.

One time just out of curiosity I find it fun and very exciting the two spiders I've watched are very much equal in strength, you never know who's going to win because they look the same but this is not a good game because we need the spiders in the fields not to make it as our tool for betting, this is illegal.
You are right, spider not made for fighting, they are insect's beauty of our earth and it is human fault if they use spiders for fighting. I am against of it, that's why i feel happy that in my country no one play this type of game, even most of the people don't know about this game.

Yes, maybe that is their reason not to accept animals to gamble, but in the Asian country, I think they use the animal to bets. Maybe it's like a horse racing or dog racing in the other country, but that is not familiar too in my country. But I don't try that game because in here, I don't know about that game and I guess that there is no game like that.
