I think the 0x project provides a solution for a very urgent issue as evidenced by the horrible etherdelta trading interface on which the zrx coin can be traded and am currently rather optimistic regarding the exchange rate in the upcoming weeks.

If the hard cap of this project is under $50m, I can suggest everyone to buy this coin in exchanges, it can give 3x or more in a week like district0x project.

very interesting and promoting project, but i am late to register, so i cant participate in the ico, what a pity! what i can do is to buy on the exchange later

This is a very ambitious and promising project, but I don't see it as an advantage for investors in the long term. Actually, the markers are passed to the ICO will not be needed in the future and in their growth do not need to put. This coin can fly up to 0.20$ for the hype around the project, IMHO. If I missed something and these coins will be used to further correct me.

These 21 year olds have been raising good money for their projects, look at Aragon and district0x. Lets see if the ecosystem they are building around ERC20 will be successful.

I really love the model of the ICO though.
1. Clear cap at 48mio
2. Whale accumulation prevention during crowd sale; remember what happened to BAT, it closed in 1 minute because of some fat fingers. The 0x team prevented that.
3. Idiotproof and Scamproof registration procedure. To register for the ICO you used the civic app and signed a tx from your ETH wallet to whitelist. No password typing or shit like that, so you dont need to even think about keyloggers or other spywere.
4. The 24 hour personal cap really prevented ETH network clog, unlike most other popular ICOs

So far it seems the most well thought ICO.

On the other hand....

1. 50 mio USD is a lot, yes it is smaller than the TEZOS , EOS or BANCOR but it is still a lot.

3. The project is betting that the ETH ecosystem will be successful and will continue to grow.... aaaaand that the ICO craze will continue.
4. It is direct competition to the superplayers of the game such as Polo, bittrex, bitfinex and other centralized exchanges. I doubt they will be happy to list it and allow it to grow.
5. You accumulate 0x platform fees by holding the tokens. Will exchanges list it with that model? Most dividend paying coins/assets have trouble listing on exchanges. Check what happened with ICN and the 42 ICN required to get payed ....


I invested the few ETH i was allowed cuz i think it will be a great fomo flip in a couple of months.
Am i missing anything?

I invested in this also, had a search on bct and could not see any ANN thread.  As other users have advised they probably didnt need to.

Good distribution model as it stops large whales taking up a huge percentage like they did with BAT.  I only usually invest under 10eth in new ico's anyways so im fine with it.

On last check it has sold 74% of tokens and there is still 8 hours left of the first day sale

^ Seconded. Stellar team, have spoken to them and they know their stuff. It's already on exchanges for about 2X if you want to take the risk.

It's your call.  If you didn't get in on the ico registration and believe in this project, then 3.4x is not that much.  Most solid projects are at least 10x the ico at the moment.  Also the most people each individual has right now is around 40k ZRX unless they cheated during the ico registration process. 

you can allready buy it at Etherdelta,but price is much higjer than ICO. It is 0.17$ from 0.05$

I know that you must be registered your self to joining in the ico, The registration phase already closed, by the way, you just able to join the crowd sale through the someone's invitation. The team has not made the public announcement due to the keep the privacy and minimize the chance of the scammers will try to disturb the crowdsale. You can find a lot in their slack channel

What is this project about and why is it so popular???

I actually like this method of distribution for an ico.  It makes it more fair and the distribution of tokens are evenly spread out instead of a handful of whales holding the majority of the tokens like what happened during the Basic attention token ico.  Tomorrow will be a different game though,  it'll be first come first serve with higher buying limits. 

There is a PDF file in their website. As I see in that, all tokens worth 24 million dollar. So till now about 12 million dollar has raised.

I am in https://0xproject.com/sale but I am in a page it says ''connecting to blockchaing'' and still spinning on the same page for 30 minutes...anyone is experience the same problem and what to do...wait and wait?

At the inverse, I absolutely do not like this model. Why the hell would people be capped ? It has no point. Plus anyone can cheat if he wants to, so that just bother people willing to invest in the project. Some ICOs are not creating a thread here. EOS, Tezos or BAT have not do it. I wonder however how they got known .

A+ team, great product.  Even better to see the cap on funds raised per registrant.  Really excited to see what happens with the ICO here.

From the https://www.0xproject.com/sale web site, I couldn't understand how much they raised so far. The only information is 219,518,663 ZRX sold so far.
