I try to eat as healthy as I can. I'm pretty good about eatting clean and such, however I do have some weeks where I go all week eatting junk.

What seems more important for you to work on is "loving yourself" and to build up your "self esteem".
I know by losing weight you will feel better about yourself. You have to make a commitment to healthy eating and stick with it forever. If you indulge in junk food on a daily basis; you will always have a weight problem.

First start out by making the decision with your mind, heart & body to start eating healthy.
You have to be organized and prepare your meals ahead of time.
A good way to lose is by cutting out all junk food, fast food, sweets & all things made from white flour which is (processed foods). This is what makes us fat & leaves us hungry for more.

Eat fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, tuna (water packed), brown rice & salads (salad dressing should be olive oil w/ vinegar - no mayo).
Make your own fruit & veggie juices. Do not drink the ones from the grocery store. They have too much sugar. Plus fresh fruit juices are better & healthier.
For a snack have grn apples, oranges or almonds(15 of them), or walnuts(14 halves) or sunflower seeds (1/4c.) or raisins (1/2 c.) Very healthy snack. Drink lots of water.

I just came from a 15kms run. But no, I still don't consider myself living the healthy life. Guess it's more than just the food you eat and what you do that keeps you fit. Rest - this is also as important as anything else. And no, I am not getting much of what I need. Sad

no  Sad I have horrible eating habbits and I do web design so i sit on the comp all day. I really need to get some kettle bells or something. Do some workouts to get the blood flowing and give the eyes a break from the comp.

I run on the treadmill and only eat salad.

I think that's healthy.

My problem is eating a lot but not gaining any weight, even worse, after a few night shift some pounds leave me without a trace. Foods nowaday contain more toxic than you might imagine, I'm gonna raise my own garden someday.

I do think that i always live a life that is healthy. I first always make sure that the food i am eating is composed of all nutritional values as prescribed by my dietitian. This has helped to make sure that my life is on check always. The other tip i use is being able to go for morning jogs and run before getting ready for work. It has helped me in terms of burning calories and staying fit all year round. It is hard but once you train yourself, all will be a walk through.

Not by a long shot.
To much work, eating a lot of junk and i'm overstressing over little things.
Not healty, but at least i'm aware of this  Smiley
