Actually YES,I used crypto then convert into fiat..because cryptocurrency like bitcoin is not acceptable for all..in short bitcoin is not popular to used.... Unlike cash we used it even a small thing..bitcoin is good but no cash,is a worst thing.Smiley

Indeed, we cannot live without cash in our everyday lives.  We need this fiat for everyday expenses like transportation, foods especially when we are buying at the local wet market.  Eventhough crypto-enthusiast people are trying hard to spread the usage of cryptocurrency,  ordinary people are not yet ready especially merchants to implement cryptopayment since they still have doubts regarding this system and worst, they are actually ignorant about cryptocurrency.
I agree in your opinion, because if we dont have any cash its so hard for us to use it everywhere especially in case of emergency, Cash is important in our daily activities , and that it should not be lose. But its better to use both a crypto and cash.

I think that we will need cash for a very long time and so far people simply cannot do without it. They are now going to switch to barter payment forms faster than to the use of cryptocurrency and bank cards. I do not know when we will be ready to do without cash, but this time will not come soon.

In the present situation, we need cash to run our day to day affairs, without it things would be difficult, but our dependent on cash has been diminishing day by day. In some developed countries cash may not be required in 10 or 15 years time.
cash is everything in my opinion, without cash I might not be able to buy what I want and I always depend on cash. no, developed countries will certainly continue to use cash, because cash also participates in the country's progress.

Cash is part of our daily needs, it is an easiest way to spend for every urgent necessities we may encounter on daily matter. Hence, digital currency was develope and resemble by many, still cash is the most appropriable way to used for every endurance.
Need of cash is not big deal now for me as we have alternative way of affording our needs, if we go to the market we see so many people using cryptocurrency to buy things and the best thing is that now markets are also accepting it, we are in 2019 where every system is gradually turning to digital purchasing that’s why I think use and need of cash has become almost zero.

In my country, you can use cash mostly, credit cards and gift cards but the most popular would always be cash. I think this isn't a different situation in most countries.

We have to admit that we still need cash to purchase goods and services. Living without cash even for a day would be difficult for me. I can purchase some service with bitcoin or a specific altcoin but it won't suffice my needs.

In  our country we don’t normally use debit  card, credit cards, the mode of payment is mostly cash because people have the fear that if they will use card it is not safe. Also, not all fast food  chains, or stores here that accepts card, they’re only few establishment who accepts card that’s why I can say that we need cash for everyday use. It actually depends on where you are like if your in the US, they don’t normally use cash, they use credit or debit cards instead.

There is no way it will be possible to leave without cash at this level of financial development, the fact that the society is now moving towards cashless society it still very important we know about the relevance of faint paper money because it still remains the central currency accepted for all transactions. But if your project is aim at breaching the gap between faint and cryptocurrency then it will be a welcomed development.

There will be negative benefits and values from what will grow in the future because people still use paper money as a legitimate and very efficient tool rather than virtual money that they have not understood at all.

We haven't got the increased access for each and everything with cryptocurrency. Right now it is the days of fiat, we need more and more acceptance and adoption of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies for the usage of bitcoin into our daily life needs. Until then in one way or the other the dependence over cash and banking system will continue.

We are working on Golden Currency project ( https://goldencurrency.money ), where we issue money that is available both in crypto and in cash form. We find the possibility to use crypto money in cash form as one of advantages. We expect that almost everybody anyway uses cash and in such a case the lack of such opportunity limits the potential use of currency. That's why we started the poll to prove it. Would be glad for your votes and comments regarding your view on such an option.
I wonder if Monopoly would be so entertaining if it would be use a contactless card instead of paper money? We all adopt easy paper money then the digital one. Considering we are talking about crypto money then...perhaps this kind of currency would be more popular this way.?! Just an idea! Tongue

I think there are many shops that provide credit / debit card payments, so if you say cash I use it not often because of the ease of payment and we can save on a card then use it in payment, we are in the digital era. but we do need cash because some stores points sometimes don't accept or have credit card payments.

Most business and small stores in my place only accept cash/fiat so I do need them everyday to purchase my necessities. But in grocery stores, I try digital payment apps and credit card but I only buy on those place twice a month so I still need cash most of the times. But I'm very certain that in the future, I'm  just going to need my smartphone and crypto for my everyday expenses.

Yes, it depends on where we are living. In cities, most of the stores will accept the cards for swiping but they will charge for the card usage, so in most of the people will not show interest towards cards payment. So cash is more important in my country for daily needs.

It all depends on the country where you live and the development of the crypto currency and is accepted in the government, because not all countries approve it.
I myself still use fiat or real money for my daily needs and do a bitcoin exchange method with fiat so that it can be used for purchase transactions, because in my country of residence there are no stores or transactions that use bitcoin or cryptocurrency.
but I really hope this can be applied in the country where I live.

In our contemporary world, cash or fiat is needed for everyday use because crypto has not hit the mainstream adoption where all stores, businesses, firms and institutions have it integrated into their payment systems. Fiat is more familiar to the people now than cryptocurrency and until crypto reach the mass adoption, fiat will continue to be essential for everyday use.

For now I still use both, because in the area where I live it is not so supportive for the implementation of the non-cash transaction system, it still takes a long time to achieve non-cash transactions that have to be prepared from the infrastructure to human resources. The use of non-cash transactions in my area is still limited to interbank transactions or with financial applications that are not non-cash crypto currencies.
in developed countries we still difficult to use cash less transaction.they have less system that allowed it.most of their merchants prefer traditional payment ,so they could take their money directly and used to circulate their busineess without any difficulties.traditional ways always survive.

Yes, I still do need cash for my daily necessities. If I want to buy like softdrinks, high chance that I will pay it in cash in the store not a card or something. Cash always comes in handy wherever I go. No other fuss included, unlike when you are using your credit card, might encounter any difficulty along the way.
traditional merchants still need cash for their operation.and i am sure if cryptocurrency implemented it will not touch 100% in all merchants.some traditional still need fiat and cash.
No I think now even merchants have recognized the value of crypt currency they are adopting crypto currency more than fait, crypto currency makes more profit for us, it gives fast and easy transaction and also it allows to send money from one country to other without any additional cutting and taxes, so we need crypto now for our daily needs more than fiat.
