Gambling license is not so easy to obtain.Curacao license cost about 36k$.but you will need to spend some money on lawyers etc

There is only few countries what are blocking unlicensed gambling sitesi
If you want to run crypto casino much better idea is to stay without license
All is about customers trust not license

I have no ideas in this since I have not yet tried even play in gambling sites. But as far as I know from others it never needs licensed since bitcoin is also has no license because if there will be then I know there will be great tax of that, so it's maybe no.

It depends on which country you are in right now. Because already bitcoins are banned in many countries and gambling isn’t considered well in our society. So if you are trying to open a bitcoin gambling casino in a country where these both things are banned, then no license is required but you must be ready to eat food of jail anytime. So best is to go away from this harmful game.

It's true that licensing doesn't always guarantee that the casino is not going ti scam people, but again licensing is a factor that many gamblers and players consider before they actually invest their money to try their luck. That's true ont only for casino business but for majority of the businesses as well. It works as a feel food quotient for that particular company.

Also when a proper licensing is obtained using real details of the owner, it marks the good intention ofbthe business as a whole.

That's right, running a casino license isn't a guarantee of good casino because most people can go to the extreme of scamming people and setting up a casino with fake license. But yet, we still need to differentiate a good casino from the bad. If only all casino owners can use their TRUE identity to open the casino so that they don't get to run with people's money.

Yes, I would imagine that you do need a license. I am not a lawyer or anything but in my wildest dreams it doesn't make sense that you'd be legally allowed to open one without one.

Now, you could obviously open one without a license, but that is just asking for trouble with the law and if you are investing millions or even hundreds of thousands, getting a lawyer to handle this for you is both a trivial, and necessary matter.

It depends, there are some online casinos who are hosted on countries that do not care about it after all. Like Panama, Guyanas, and so on.

It clearly depends on the fiat, if you are going to use a casino who allows people to deposit money from a wire transfer, then you will OBVIOUSLY... need a license from your country.

yes correct need to get an licence to operate for online gambling especially casino, casino online is an international online games every country have an regulation how to become legit the online gambling.

Not all the countries will allow you to go for online casino business. There are some countries that favour online casino but there you have to pay a very high amount of your earning to the government in form of taxes. It will be better to operate your online casino from a country where there are still no tax on the virtual or software operations. Google it for more information and you will find some of those countries.

Yes, in other countries you can license up your online bitcoin casino if you want a legal process but you must accept the consequences that you must need a business permit or other papers documents that to legalized your operation. in this situation also your profit will be cut and controllable and your income will not be transparent in the government, like happen in our country they criticize all digital currency to pay a big taxes if you want it to become a legal.

Since we are in bitcoin we have a freedom to not adding license in bitcoin casino since there are lots of casino online don't had license..

If you want everything to be legitmate then ya you should register it the problem with having a license is you will need to cut your profits short or increase the house edge. Being legal has many issues involved if you don't want any of those you can still work without a license

There are hundreds of bitcoin casino which are running without any legal license or any regulatory requirements. If they are only accepting bitcoin as payment method than there is no need to have gambling license but if you like to incorporate game from third party gambling platforms like softswiss they might ask for license.

There are countries who prohibits online gambling, some don't even issue license or permits and if you are caught operating an online gambling site without a valid permit, that will result to jail time, you might even get deported if you are a foreigner. Even if your role is just a support like outsourced support team to answer those tickets opened by clients.

In my country there is no casino because the government does not allow to open a casino therefore I don’t know anything about opening a casino, but as I have heard that in Europe and USA or any other country casino is legal and the owners run their casinos openly.

I think that they have the license to op run a casino. The same I am sure will be in case of online casino. There will be a license to open a casino.
