Earning 1BTC now a day is so hard because the price of btc is continue to rise that's why I do not have 1btc, but I have a little btc in my wallet earning from my signature campaign and I'm confidence that i will reach 1btc by the end of this year (I hope so) for now i'm hold my btc and keep working until that day comes hehehe
I've got just over 7 BTC, but my goal is to get 10 Bitcoin. Not sure if I'll ever get that high if the price starts rising again soon, though I might sell some of my ETH later on to get 1 or 2 more bitcoin and have a shot at having 10 btc.
Back in 2013/2014 I had bought a total of about 17 BTC but I was day trading and was just awful at it (lots of panic buying and panic selling haha - not to mention buying $5k of bitcoin literally two weeks before mt gox crash!!!) and sold the little bit I had left in 2015 when the price was so low because I had just given up on bitcoin and didn't think the price would ever go up high again, and lost over 80% of the money I invested. Man I wish I had just held and not day traded haha! So now that I started investing in bitcoin again this Spring I just buy and hold, I only day trade with what amounts to about 1-2% of my investment just for fun.
Sad story but at the same time at least you learned from your mistakes unlike many people, so you are doing very well already, but do not worry with 7BTC you are probably better than most people in the forum, including myself, just keep working and you will get to your goal of 10BTC. Maybe because i am new to bitcoin,and i have not dared to buy bitcoin, so far i trade with a small capital that i get from work done typing captcha faucet that I have done for last 6 months, and results i try to trade with some altcoin.dan seem Until at the end of 2017 i can get 1 btc result from my attempt at bitcoin

for me it is hard for now to get that 1Bitcoin but I still saving my earnings in signature campaign and maybe until December I have that 1Bitcoin then!
Good lord no..I don't own anything near 1 Bitcoin. The most I've gained is $0.30 or lower. I've counted myself lucky to have gained a few bucks on Bitcoin at all. If regulations tighten up on all transactions through banks and other organizations even that profit might turn into a loss instead of a gain. I congratulate anyone who has accomplished this with limited funds. To those with superior hash-power I envy and wish it were me profiting.
I remember that post too. But at the moment, I feel rich. I have more than my primary goal of 21BTC. I have 5BTC in cold storage and the rest I use for trading. I reap massive profits from trading. So yeah I do have a Bitcoin.
Yes!! Right now I have around BTC1.81 in my primary wallet, with another BTC0.01 in my other wallets. I may need to sell a small part this week (may be BTC0.20), to cover my household expenses. But even after that, my holding will remain above BTC1.00. If I had saved all the BTC that I earned, then there could have been around BTC3.00 to BTC4.00 in my wallet.

Currently I do not have 1 btc but at least I have a little btc so slowly can reach 1 btc but all that takes a decent process not in a short time because I am including new people into this crypto world. I do not own 1 btc cause i always convert my bitcoins into fiat to be use in paying bills,water and electricity bill. I spend 1 year in this forum and didnt save any amount of btc. In case your answer is still NO, I'd like to know what is your main reason not to own one bitcoin?
I have 1 BTC for safe keeping.
I also assured my bitcoin for safe keeping. But most of my bitcoins are rest assured for future purposes but I want to keep all of my bitcoins for holding. And luckily that even though I'm not still hitting two digit quantity of bitcoin. I'm very happy to have 1 bitcoin at all and I'm even happier when the price starts to increase.

I have been actively USING and SPENDING and TRADING however it is the SAVING part that I am not yet a master of, which I know is a must if profit is in my future.

Because im still a beginer and only know few methods on earning bitcoin.
If you don't currently own 1 BTC, I say make that your goal for 2017.
Remember, most of the world still has no idea what Bitcoin is. Even paying the current price, a few years from now you may still be considered an "early adopter".
All we need is one big website like Amazon to start accepting payments in Bitcoin and a price of $900 will seem like a distant past.
Basically this, I own more than 1 BTC but like most I would like to have even more, but as the above poster says, the majority of the world still has no idea what bitcoin is, so we must take this opportunitie to buy as much bitcoin as we can, 1BTC is not going to be life changing but at least you will obtain some profit. Remember, most of the world still has no idea what Bitcoin is. Even paying the current price, a few years from now you may still be considered an "early adopter".

just think when this thread was started bitcoin was still under $1000. only a few months later it's nearly $3000.

NO, because I am still starting doing to get bitcoin and I still have to learn a lot of new things in bitcoin world and but this year I will make a goal to get bitcoin so I can get bitcoin and can enjoy the result.
No I don't have 1BTC as of the moment but I am getting there and hopefully by the end of the year I will own 1BTC or more. I am confident that I can make it since I invested some of my bitcoin to altcoins that are promising and has a good project, I am patiently waiting for this time to come .
I feel that most people don't really like to purchase Bitcoin that much because the price of it is very high. If the investor just deposits a little bit of money into their Bitcoin exchange account then they can purchase little by little building the amount of Bitcoins that they have in their accounts without that much issues. .By doing that it would allow them to have a single Bitcoin in just a matter of time.
