Many young people are curious about smoking, so they try it, then smoke again ......
There are a variety of reasons why people may choose to smoke, including social and cultural factors, stress relief, addiction, or simply because they enjoy the taste or sensation of smoking. However, smoking can have numerous negative effects on a person's health and well-being.

Cigarettes and other tobacco products contain harmful chemicals, including nicotine, which can be addictive and lead to dependence. Smoking can increase the risk of developing a variety of serious health problems, including lung cancer, heart disease, stroke, respiratory illnesses, and more. Secondhand smoke can also harm those around the smoker, particularly children and non-smoking adults.

In addition to the health risks, smoking can also have negative social and financial consequences. Smoking can be expensive, and the cost of cigarettes and related healthcare expenses can add up over time. Smoking can also impact a person's social life, as it may be prohibited in certain settings or negatively viewed by others.

Overall, while smoking may provide some temporary benefits or enjoyment, the long-term consequences can be serious and should be carefully considered.

What do you think are the long term consequences of smoking Cigg or Weed.

Other than cancer.
Smoking can kill you slowly
for others this is a challenge if they can stay 1000 years old from smoking  Wink

I have quit smoking 7 years ago and yes my life changed and my health goes tronger.

I personally don't smoke, I tried it in the past but I didn't like it, I think it's a personal choice
and maybe it is mental help as you did not suffer from complication from cigarette smoking .

Nope,.I would say that the long term consequences of smoking cigarettes or weed can be quite serious.

Both substances can have negative effects on your respiratory system and increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. Additionally, addiction can be a concern for some people who smoke regularly.

I think too much of smoking habit causes bad breath. It can also affect the lungs in the future.
