Most people I know smoke both.
I'll try to reduce the number of cigarettes which I smoke, but is too much difficult because I have an higher dependence

Have you ever considered replacing the cigarettes with e-cigs? Doesn't matter that you don't drink or do drugs. Cigarettes do much more harm to your body than normal quantities of alcohol.

I had similar issues with e-cigarettes. I just found the vapor very hot and harsh. And I was never able to really replicate the feeling of smoking with it, either.

Should have tried another brand of e-cig. Anyway, if you are interested, give the nicotine chewing gums a try. I don't know much about them, but have heard that they help people to quit smoking.
i've seen one before my friend gave it to me but i forgot where did i place them she said that when you chew it your taste with the cigar will be awful and its a little bit spicy well i dunno i've never tried it anyway

How did you do to stop smoking? It's very diffcult !
I think the trick is to identify the reason why you smoke/started smoking in the first place. A lot of people will just say I smoke because I like it but that's not a real reason. The real reason usually goes quite a bit deeper than that and is different for each and everyone.
I think that once you know why you smoke, it's easy to stop

i smoke weed so as my dad what is wrong with it? 
my mom used hemp oil in some dishes we have a 3 mj tree at the backyard so yeah i am living with a family that knows the value of canabis lol

You have three cannabis / hemp plants on your backyard? Unless you are living in Uruguay, it is thoroughly illegal. I have heard that these plants give out a sharp aroma, which can reveal its location to the law enforcement people.
My god, the plants can sure smell awful. Think sweaty socks that died, then resurrected and died again.
i live in the street that looks like an alley i dunno if you already see some kind of street here in philippines people dont care about it and mj tree here is not like california tree and its only 3 pieces so far
